GH: Tuesday Episode

Guza sucks! Spitting on L&L's history that way. To even imply that Luke would ever have chosen Tracy is a big WTF? moment.

THANK YOU! Because ANYONE who watched GH when Luke and Laura were hot, would know that Luke would not even look at Tracy. ANYONE who watched GH KNOWS that Luke breathed Laura like air and she didn't make him do anything. You don't need to be a Luke/Laura fan to know this, just a person with eyes.

So for any view who never saw Luke and Laura in action, then they could by this Tracy re-write history crap.

So this tells me that the writers may know the history but they have never seen it played out.

Luke/Laura defined super couple. All others that came after (though popoluar) were written to try to be a super couple. Some succeeded in becoming popular, others failed. But Luke/Laura just became!

So much WORD!

Guza is as big a hack as McTrash is, and I'm seriously pissed off! That whole scene was contrived, I bet Tony Geary was saying WTF when he read that crap

Personally, I think this Luke, right now, he makes sense with Tracy.

And speaking of trashing... How about not dumping on every other supercouple?

I do get the L & L/Tracy situation. It is a triangle. Laura has been away, frozen in time with this return beyond looked for. Was Luke supposed to remain frozen in time as well? Luke has had a few other significant relationships as well. Laura's feelings are valid, but underneath the feuding and snark, Tracy and Luke had an understanding. Tracy's not one to be shoved aside lightly - nor is Luke heartless enough to do that.

Luke should go on with his life, but it makes NO sense that any of what was said with him and Tracy would have ever happened. That was so contrived.

Luke would have divorced Tracy the minute Laura came out of her catatonic state. It makes no sense for him to stay married to her.

Ever heard of RIF (Reading IS FUNDAMENTAL).

I said,

I didn't trash anyone, do you see any names mentioned?

The fact is Luke/Laura BECAME THE super couple. They were not written to become that. Glory Monty struck gold. The ratings, fan frenzy, and merchandise of that era bare witness to that. All other soaps wanted to get some of that success, so they wrote their couples to become super-couples. Some pairings worked, some didn't but no couple ever came close to the ratings and the popularity of Luke/Laura. The popularity almost turned Tony Geary into a recluse.

its totally adds further to a wonderful Luke/Tracy dynamic. I don't see how Luke admitting his attraction to Tracy is any different to him actually TELLING Lucy Coe a few years ago that she was "the only woman I ever considered leaving my wife for."

Neither were any other supercouples. That's part of the reason why they're supercouples. If you try to create one, you'll never succeed. And I think Entertainment Weekly would disagree with you.

And I think Entertainment Weekly would disagree with you.

Why should I care what they have to say??? Enough, I won't respond to your post about this issue any further. I have a feeling that this is about to get off topic.

I agree to disagree with you.
