Although, I can definitely see why Fritz is not a great prospect either.
I really haven't been able to watch much and I don't regret it. Whenever I have gotten the chance to get a look, the court speed is lulling me to sleep--then again, it's not too different from what I remember of IW decades ago. IW, in general, used to be the snooze compared to Miami.
The boarding house was a great place. For wayward outsider characters. In the couple of random episodes. That feature the boarding house. I love the interaction between the characters. With a quirky Ida in a maternal role. I really like Karen and Ed's friendship.
I believe the Wallaces began to reconcile for good at Amy and Brick's wedding. In all their subsequent appearances, they were always seen together.
SB had a real treasure in Dena Dietrich, who played Katie Wallace (Brick's legal mother). She was best known for playing Mother Nature in the Chiffon Margarine commercials in the 1970s.
