  1. I wish Deanna Wright had stayed in the role of Kay.

    That girl was FIERCE.

Agreed! She had so much potential.

Didn't she leave for religious reasons? Given the nature of that show I couldn't blame her.

    Yes, that's what I read.

  2. From Channel 4

    Meet The Producer...

As some of you guys may know, Hollyoaks recently got a new producer. The man given the keys to the Chester village was Paul Marquess, who, for the fact fans amongst you, has a CV that includes work on Coronation Street, Brookside and The Bill. He also invented Footballers’ Wives!

Hire Zoe Lucker and Laila Rouass and I'm watching everyday.

  3. Thank You. Now whenever I listen to it I will relive Warren's delicious and well deserved masterful death!

    LOL!

Just watched this week's episodes. LOVED all of it!! Did Claire escaped? This was BK's final episode? With this week's dramatic show, I'm now back to watching Hollyoaks.

I honestly didn't find this funny at all. Thank God the idiot didn't hurt the President.
  5. Amy Poehler Says Goodbye to Saturday Night Live

    By Tim Molloy

Amy Poehler said goodbye to Saturday Night Live in true Weekend Update-style, with a sincere and heartfelt message quickly interrupted by a gag at the expense of New York's blind governor.

"I did just want to take a moment to thank everybody," Poehler said at the end of Saturday's Update segment. "This is my last show. And it has been an amazing experience to be here. Being able to do over 140 shows with my friends and my family has been a dream come true, and from the bottom of my heart—"

At which point Fred Armisen, playing Gov. David Paterson, walked into the shot and stayed there.

    Watch it here:

    Amy's Goodye

Poehler also performed a final Bronx Beat sketch with SNL alum Maya Rudolph and host Hugh Laurie.

Poehler, a new mom with husband Will Arnett, now moves on to starring in an NBC sitcom from The Office executive producers Greg Daniels and Mike Schur.

Poehler's influence on the show has been deep: Poehler was one of the founders of the Upright Citizens Brigade, a comedy ensemble that became a Comedy Central series and a school. Several of its performers have joined Poehler on SNL, including Horatio Sanz, Bobby Moynihan, and Abby Elliot.

Will you miss Poehler on SNL? What were your favorite Poehler moments?

  6. What a week! I can't believe Calvin helped Creepy-Mark beat the hell out of Warren. :o Mandy confessed to Louise about the affair. :o Then Louise later tells Mandy that Warren killed Shawn. :o

Holly and Cindy are so great. They're such schemers. "Hungry and Homeless" What happened to Darren? Cindy's already over him after he went to jail(?). We haven't seen Jack/Darren since mid-Oct.

Poor Tony. Still storyline makes me feel uneasy. Theresa need to confess soon.

What a shocking week it was! I cannot believe I felt sad for Mandy after she started to cry at the end of an episode. Louise is a wacko. lol

Poor Tony - Oh well, that is what he get for messing with Slagresa.

I love Holly and Cindy. Both of them are hilarious.

I loved the chubby blonde ex of Mal's, too bad we're done with her.

I love her too! I wish she was on Hollyoaks.

  7. HOLLYOAKS LATER episode 5- Don't read if you haven't seen it yet!!!

OMFG!!! I cannot believe Niall committed suicide. (Ep. 4)

    Sarah and Zoe = hotness!

So glad Mercedes and Malchy Malachy got married. That wedding was really nice.

I loved the fact that we had lots of humor with Hollyoaks Later. It was really nice. LOL.

    Some funny stuff -

Mercedes told the truck driver about her HIV situation and he kicked her out.

Mercedes slapped Malachy in that pub then that other girl slapped him.

Dom trying to find out which strippers shoe he got.

At the end of episode 5, I was hoping to see the camera zooming in to Niall and we would see his eyes opened. LOL.

So glad that didn't happen. Niall is dead. Yay. lol I liked him though. Oh well.

10 Teasers About... 'Hollyoaks - Later'

    Friday, November 14 2008, 14:08 GMT

    By Kris Green, Soaps Editor

    1. We all know that Kris and Malachy have secrets they're hiding from their mother, but Ma Fisher has a big secret of her own.

    2. There's a naturist called Pete on the loose in Scotland. The scenes with him involve some strategically placed objects in front of the camera.

    3. Kris ends up performing a rendition of the B*Witched classic 'C'est La Vie', complete with denims.

    4. Zoe gets a blast from the past when she returns to her old school and bumps into her first love, who was more than happy to give her lessons in the art of seduction...

    5. Ma Fisher gets more than she bargains for when she pops to the loo, only to walk in on a steamy romp.

    6. Craig's still in denial about his sexuality.

    7. Dom becomes embroiled in a modern-day Cinderella search - in a strip club, complete with kinky perspex high heel, but will he be the prince that the stripper's been waiting for?

    8. There's been a lot of talk about an 'opportunity to cheat' for Craig. And yep, that's true. And it's with Pete the naturist who starts feeling Craig up. But will he resist temptation? There's a hilarious exchange between the pair about a lasso, a lamb casserole and being vegetarian.

    9. After a near-lynching in a remote pub (caused by Zak), Mercedes finds herself stuck in a lorry cab with a leering trucker who wants more than just company...

    10. And finally... In Thursday night's episode, there's the mother of all twists that you'd never see coming in a month of Sundays...
