  1. This finale was fit to be in the shitter. It was just SAD! This wasn't anything special. Just like a regular episode. No cliffhanger to go into next season with. Just horrid! This basically confirmed this season was a DUD!

    Wow!! I so disagree.

This season was not as good as two, but it wasn't a dud. It definitely had its moments of amazingness.

I think Christina was happy to be free of Burke so she freaked out, but she's also so sad because she's happy...if that makes sense. She's so sad that she'll never be able to commit to someone, but she's happy to rid of him!

  2. Seems I'm the odd man out. I HATED Addison's adventures in California.

I have an unexplained hate for Taye Diggs, so that didn't help.

I watched the first ten minutes and started FF'ing when TherapyGirl started crying in the car. It seemed too forced/contrived/cliched/annoying. And they're even MORE self absorbed than the Seattle Grace gang.

    YAY! to Meredith getting slapped.

You're not the odd man out. We're the odd men out at SON. Everyone I talk to IRL absolutely despised it!

  3. How should I put this....

I think the spin-off will be good, but the way they introduced the spin-off, the characters, and the spin-off in context of the show on Thursday was awful.

Back to the good stuff...which was Grey's...I was so shocked they killed off the step-mother! I am looking forward to Meredith and Derek breaking up. It's obviously coming, and it's so needed!

  4. I thought the last 15 minutes were fantastic!!!!!!!!!!!!

    The Rest was blah.

Tonight's proved what Grey's does best...and gimmicks and big disasters are just not it - at least not anymore. The last ten minutes of scenes were CHILLING. And heartbreaking.

I doubt Meredith will die, but Pompeo can easily stay on the show if she does. She can just narrate from heaven. ;)

  5. I agree, sugarland. That girl was very annoying. I watched Grey's with a bunch of people, and we were all very disappointed.

Toups, the girl was standing there STARING at the procedure the whole time.

Not to mention, I am so sick of being beaten over the head with the episodes' themes anymore. Firstly, we have Meredith telling us what the theme is in the beginning. Then, we have the Meredith not being able to deal with her mom, the girl not being able to find her mom, and the mom not being able to find the son. Ummm, we get it. Thanks.

  6. Wow. I totally disagree with you guys on this one!

I was so excited for last night. Maybe my expectations were high. I thought it was going to be some kind of natural disaster or terrorist attack or something, but a stupid Ferry crash? And how do Ferry's even crash? They move uber slowly, and all boats have radar so even if there fog, how the heck did it crash? Anyway.

I love the first fifteen minutes until they got to the crash site.

The mute little girl was stupid. Just TALK! And Meredith asking her to help her assist in a medical procedure??? LMAO!!!!

The make-up job for the lady who had the pylon hit her face was AWFUL.

And Meredith falling into the ocean was a big shocker! That was good, but really, it's not a good cliffhanger b/c we know she won't die.

As you can see from my post last week, I was very excited for this week, but I think it was one of the worst episodes of Grey's I have ever seen.

The best scene was Alex in the waiting room and George walking into the O.R. with the lady. :(

  7. You guys aren't the only ones a little bored.

But Dempsey, 41, is growing tired of playing doctor — even though he’s got three more seasons left in his six-year contract.

“Things are going well, but I’m not satisfied,” he says. “I don’t think the character is going to change that much. Shonda Rhimes has created a great show. And I’m contributing to that and have benefited from that profoundly. And she’s benefited by being smart enough to cast me when no one else did. [it’s] been a great opportunity, but it’s not the end-all, be-all of where I want to go.”

Sounds like he is a little over it. It's from an interview in DETAILS magazine.

  8. I loved this episode! It was shocking and fast-paced. I thought it was great. It was weird seeing Meredith front burner again. She's been in the background lately. I did not LOVE George's dad's death. Something about it for me just didn't work. It may have been the music? I don't know. So, the last few epi's have been meh for me. But I think Grey's is definitely back. Looking forward to next week. It looks INTENSE!

I am thinking it is a terrorist attack, maybe?
