    -Sarah Horton (Alli Brown) and Melissa Horton (Lisa Trusel) stand in the door way of Maggie and Mickey’s house, Maggie and Mickey are thrilled to see them, They both share a reunion with the Hortons, then all of a sudden they hear a voice say “They aren’t the only ones who are back!” and then Julie Williams (Susan Hayes) and Doug Williams (Bill Hayes) walk through the door.

    -Kate, Brady, and Chloe all arrive at the Kiriakis mansion, Victor tells them dinner should be ready momentarily and everyone sits down at the table. As they sit down they hear a voice say “Am I late for the party?!” and they al turn their heads to see Nikki Smith walking through the door.

    -The Brady’s are shocked to hear John’s news, John tells them he is sorry, but he has to look for her. He leaves just as Stephanie walks through the door, the Brady’s have a nice reunion with her as well and Steve is shocked to learn she really is his daughter! Kim tells them it is time to eat and they all sit down and begin to eat.

    -Frankie tells the Brady's he is leaving Salem after the Thanksgiving Dinner to start up a life in Washington DC, the Brady's are all thrilled and congratulate him.

    -Chelsea hugs Bo and they have a good reunion, Bo tells them Hope told him to come here. Hope has a file in her hand and says she has a shocking announcement that will change everyone’s lives!

    -Mickey asks what is going on, and Maggie tells him because of his heart condition, she has invited old family members home to spend time with you during your last days. She tells him more are coming, and next to walk through that door are Jessica Blake Fallon (Jean Bruce Scott), Joshua Fallon (Scott Palmer), and Nick Fallon (Blake Berris). Followed by Bill Horton (Christopher Stone), Laura Horton (Jamie Lynn Bauer), and Marie Horton (Marie Cheetham). Lucas and Will (Chris Gerse) also arrive. Mickey is pleased to be around family and friends like this and they all sit down for dinner.

    -Billie, Bo, and Chelsea are all confused. Hope opens the file and tells Bo and Billie to look inside! She tells them that this gives them evidence to something she didn’t even know happened….. Hope tells them Chelsea tampered with Bo’s email and was the one who sent everything to her on Morgan Island! Bo is shocked.

    -Nikki crashes the Kiriakis’s Thanksgiving Dinner! Victor gets security and they throw Nikki out of the mansion!

    -After looking inside, Bo and Billie turn to Chelsea. Bo tells Chelsea he thought she had learned from her lessons but he guesses not! Hope walks up to Chelsea and slaps her, causing her a manipulative witch. Chelsea gulps and stands silent, in shock that she has been revealed.

    -The hooker tells Rex her name is Willow, and then she says he looks like he needs someone to talk to.

    -Bo Buchanon directs Steve and Kayla to Rex Balsom, saying he could probably help them.

    -Chelsea slaps Max and asks him with who, Max says Lilly Spears. Chelsea asks “Wait ,is she related to that loony chick Jan Spears?” Max says yeah, and Chelsea groans and yells that they had a relationship and he deserted her, Max turns around and says to her they might have had a chance if she hadn’t pulled all those stunts with Bo’s email!

    -Maggie mourns Mickey. Alice tries to cheer Maggie up and tells her Mickey is at peace like Tom was and still is, she tells her to be thankful for the time she had with Mickey, and he, like Tom, is watching down on them right now.

    -Andre is hit in the chest and he falls to the ground breathing heavily, some rush down to him while others try to find the person who shot him. Lexie yells they need to get Andre to a hospital, but Andre says no, and laughs as he tells them these are his final moments. He tells them he may not have won the battle against them, but the phoenix will rise again. He continues to laugh as he thinks about all the pain he caused as the Salem Slasher, framing John, and the past four years. He tells them he may not have succeeded in killing them, but he did succeed in wreaking havoc and carrying on the DiMera legacy while all the others were gone. He yells that he curses Salem and all of it’s citizens and former citizens, then chokes out one final laugh as he dies.

    -No one comes, Stefano mutters to himself why didn’t he get some kind of doctor as his hencman after Wihelm Rolf died, he kicks Alex and says “It is too late now, Alex is dead, meaning I have lost another one of my henchman. Ah well, he was not much use to me anymore after he fell off that cliff.” Stefano tells the guards to remove Alex’s corpse from the mansion, and then have someone place it in the sea on an island that is some distance from Morgan Island, so it looks like they have just found the body. The guards bow and grab Alex’s corpse and leave the room.

    -Nikki wonders if it is too risky being in Salem, and wonders if Victor will find out her secret!

    -Shawn bursts into the police office and yells that their has been a kidnapping!

    -Abe sits in his jail cell and wonders if someone implanted that evidence the police found in his house.

    -Greta worries what the consequences will be of revealing her paternity to Salem.

    -Eric bumps into Nicole once again at Salem Place, Nicole groans and turns around saying she is bumping into him too much lately, Eric grabs her and tells her he is sorry about her losing Austin.

    -Melissa and Sarah comfort each other over Mickey’s death. Laura hears about it and is shocked, which results in her having a breakdown!

    -Marlena and her rescuer rush to escape the DiMera mansion, as they try to get out a window Marlena’s rescuer is REVEALED!

    -Nikki is sitting in a lonely and dark room at the Kiriakis mansion, she says again Victor can never find out her secret. She says Victor can never find out that SHE AND VICTOR HAD A CHILD TOGETHER!

    WINTER PREVIEWS!

    "November Sweeps was a great success," comments Life in Salem's writer "But the winter will be even better!"

    Here are some things readers can expect to see this winter....

    John/Marlena: Well, the shocker in November was that John is really Roman Brady! John seems to have already accepted this....but has he really? Mabye he has, but mabye he hasn't. Marlena will be helping him along the way as he deals with his new family, his old ones, and others. They will be front and center during sweeps, John will also have to deal with the DiMera's as well. So he will have his hands full with all of this. As for Marlena, she will have quite a bit on her plate to. Because first of all Kristen's back! Meaning trouble for both John and Marlena! Then of course Sam is also at large....Marlena will be trying to get Sam;s sanity back together, and it could or could not work. Sam's going to have her own story....but we can't go into that. And, to make things even more complicated for Marlena, Hattie's back! Hattie was recently revealed to be the mystery person that saved Marlena from Alex and Stefano, but will she make Marlena repay her?

    Lucas/Sami/EJ: This story is going to slowly grow during the winter, Lumi will return, but they will not reunite just yet. The main focus of this storyline during winter will be Sami continue to mature.It will be taken gradually, and Lucas will be right there to guide her....but so will EJ! EJ is a DiMera, but how? This will be revealed sometime during winter. And sources say he is not Elvis Jr. or Benjy!

    Lilly/Max/Erin: This triangle has just begun and will grow during the beginning of November! SParks are flying between Erin and Max as readers can easily tell! Lilly is also as seen slowly losing her sanity, and she has a strange secret. The secret will be revealed as Abby will finally remember and expose her along with some help. Lilly isn't the only problem here though.... there is another that will blossom into a new storyline!

    Faux Roman: He will have a NEW love interest this winter. It's not Hattie, it's not Marlena, and it's not Anna! He will also be searching for his actual identity during winter....but we're notgoing into detail!

    Philip/Belle/Shawn/Jan: This story has turned into chaos! First of all, Belle and Shawn are cousins! Meaning Claire is a child of cousins! But the headwriter tells us he will fix that problem. And, Philip has kidnapped Belle and Claire! Some of winter will be Shawn searching for them, but with the help of Victor, Philip will keep evading them until eventually Belle and Claire are found. Philip is intent on keeping his family....but how far will he go before he is stopped? Then we have Jan, she will bond with Shawn, but after a while, she will have to move on from him. "I must say, this storyline will probably conclude during Winter, and I can say at least one or two of the people in this quad should be gone by Winter's end." the headwriter told us

    Caroline/Victor/Nikki/Viki/Clint: This storyline did not kick off in November like expected... but it does not need it's not happening! Caroline will be busy with this John drama....but will bond with Victor along the way. It has been revealed Nikki and Victor had a child together....which will not fair well at all with anyone! Their child will eventually be brought on, but probably not during Winter, but it could happen. Viki will finally be back and Clint (Jerry Ver Dorn) will have a short stint as he and Viki finally end things. One question remains: Will Viki stick around Salem and if so will she get in a relationship with Victor?

    Steve/Kayla: They will continue their adventures in Llanview for the beginning of November and finally figure out who faked Steve's death! It will be shocking and cause rifts between certain people....eventually they will leave Llanview and head back to Salem. Steve will probably get his memory back during winter sometime, and he and Kayla will reunite....but Steve will remember something no one knows! And it could destroy him and Kayla's marriage forever! And, rumours are swirling Benjy Hawk DiMera will be back.

    Greta/Eric/Nicole: This triangle will go on for most of Winter... Greta will gradually get to where she can forgive Eric for what happened years ago between him and Nicole. Meanwhile Eric will be comforting Nicole over losing Austin, but also he bonds with Greta. Who will Eric end up getting together with? Time will tell.

    Bo/Hope/Megan:: Bo and Hope will reunite as always, and will give birth to their baby during winter! But Megan will be after Bo, and will take very, very drastic measures to get him that could split Bo and Hope apart all over again!

    Abe/Lexie: Tek's murder trial/investigation will continue but not for long! We cannot go into much detail but eventually Lexie will be ousted which transforms her into a true DiMera.

    Rex/Cassie/Willow: Willow and Rex will grow very close this winter that could lead to danger for Rex! Willow's going to be trouble for the whole town! Cassie will be very upset at Rex's new women, even after she managed to get rid of Mimi! But Cassie will get distracted when she meets a new man!

    Kate/Vivian: Kate's story has finally begun! Her story begun during November Sweeps, readers just didn't know. The rivalry between her and Vivian is being re energized and they will not both be after Victor, but they will be rival in businesses! Vivian still loves Victor, but that won't be touched for a bit. The main focus will be on the buisness rivalry! May the best woman and business win!

    Cast Cuts: Rumours are that half of the cast is going to be gone by winters end....but who will leave? This has fans in an worry as ANYONE could recieve their pink slip!

    Other: Forrest Alamain, Kristen Blake and possibly other roles played by Eileen Davidson, an unknown man, Nicholas and Lawerence Alamain will all be back this winter! Each playing major roles in new storylines! Chelsea and Jeremy are back and stories will soon begin! Rumours are swirling that Billie is leaving but the headwriter says absolutely not and the story planned for her is still on! She will have a new man in store! Tony's back and has a big story planned with Anna and the huge secret we have been hinting at for months will FINALLY be revealed! Kim will still be backburner....however rumours are amuck that Shane's coming back!

    -Bill comforts Laura over Mickey’s death. Laura wonders how Mike will take it….

    -Vivian tells Sami she is just paying her a visit, and Sam asks why she freed her months back when she was being held captive!

    -Someone sneaks into the Alamain Mansion….

    -Shawn just walks away from Kate, and as he walks around town he runs into Jan!

    -Lilly hears about Sam being committed and flashes back to how Sam proposed an alliance with her a while back…she contemplates saving Sam!

    -Tony informs John and everyone else that he has been trapped in a DiMera compound, and that’s where he has been.

    -Celeste feels vibes of pain, suddenly she has a vision of a man laughing, the vision draws nearer and nearer to Celeste!

    -The police tell Mimi her trial is tomorrow! Cassie hears about it and rejoices!

    -Nicole watches Jan, she swears revenge on Jan saying that since she didn’t get Austin Jan is not getting Shawn!

    -Greta is continuously troubled by her father’s identity, Eric notices her strange behavior when he sees her at the Java Café and asks her what is wrong.

    -Lexie is plagued by the guilt of Abe going to trial for murdering Tek…when it was really Lexie who killed Tek! Lexie wonders how the police found evidence on Abe.

    -Steve and Kayla go to the hospital, seeing if Steve could have by any chance been admitted their sometime under an alias or something.

    -The vision Celeste is seeing gets closer, she then all of a sudden sees a coffin being wheeled into some kind of mansion. She sees STEVE inside the coffin and the Celeste can finally see the laughing man over the coffin and it turns out to be VICTOR LORD!

    -John is shocked to see Marlena and Hattie walk into the Pub! While Marlena is shocked to see Tony!

    -Victor tells Margaret they need to find his son, Philip.

    -Vivian comes back to the Alamain Mansion and someone grabs her from behind!

    -Chelsea and Jeremy run into each other at the Java Café, and Jeremy begins to develop a crush.

    -Marlena screams at Tony’s sight, but John informs her it’s alright and explains how the Tony that has been running around for the last few years was really Andre and he’s dead, Faux Roman however says they still need to arrest Tony for Andre’s murder.

    -Lexie gets a letter in the mail telling her to go to the DiMera mansion!

    -EJ’s mother is revealed to be Helena Cassadine! The evil, evil rich widow that terrorizes Port Charles! EJ swears that he will complete Helena and his mission.

    -Mimi worries that she will get the guilty verdict in the trial tomorrow, but Bonnie reassures her she will make sure it won’t happen, even if she has to frame someone else!

    -Lilly unexpectedly is seen at the Sanitarium Sam is in! She is in front of the building and says “Well, guess it’s time for a jail break.” And the camera freeze frames of Lilly’s face.

    -Faux Roman informs everyone he has to arrest Tony!

    -Bo tries to guide Hope through labor!

    -EJ remembers how Helena told him when he was a boy that his father was Stefano DiMera, and Helena and Stefano had an affair years ago!

    -Lilly plans on how to break Sam out of jail.

    -Vivian is shoved onto the couch in the living room of the Alamain Mansion! She screams for Ivan or someone to help!

    -Mimi warns Bonnie not to do anything like that, as it will just get them into more trouble. Bonnie tells her to not worry about anything and she’ll be back, Bonnie leaves and Jan visits Mimi!

    -Anna pleads with Faux Roman not to arrest Tony, Tony is confused why Anna is standing up for him like that.

    -John asks Marlena where she has been, and he also spots Hattie and asks what she is doing here.Marlena tells John Alex North kidnapped her and Hattie saved her! Hattie thinks to herself what they don’t know is that she shot Alex!

    -Rex sees that Willow is not living in a very safe part of Salem, so he invites her to live with him in his loft.

    -Lexie is confused by the contents of the letter, and begins to wonder if something is going on at the DiMera Mansion, she decides to do as the letter says and go there…but she grabs a gun just incase.

    -Bo tries to calm hope saying everything will be alright, she is holding his hand and says she will as long as he is around.

    -Lilly visits Sam inside the sanitarium and tells her she is breaking her out of there TONIGHT!

    -Mimi’s trial begins! Judge Fitzpatrick calls upon the district attorney to call his first witness, and he calls Cassie!

    -Ivan is nervous by Forrest’s words, and desperately tries to find Vivian!

    -Sam is shocked. She tells Lilly she’s not crazy and ain’t gonna go to see some psychiatrist. Lilly says “Yes you are, or I won’t break you out of here.”

    -Cassie is called to the stand! A nurse wheels her up to the stand and she purs her hand on the Bible and swears to tell the truth. Mimi thinks to herself she won’t. The district attorney asks Cassie what happened the night Mimi pushed her, and Cassie recalls what happened that night. She says she heard something in Belle and Philip’s loft, so she went inside, there was nothing, and then that was when Mimi came in and the fight began…

    -EJ comes back into his room at the Salem Inn with Spencer Cassadine’s former nanny Colleen (Amanda Tepe). She asks him what she wants and she needs to get to her son. EJ says he bets she does and asks her where Helena Cassadine is!

    -Mimi’s lawyer cross examines Cassie. He says that supposedly, right before she fell out the window Mimi was in her loft with Rex. And asks how Mimi could’ve gotten to Cassie and pushed her in a short amount of time like that. Cassie says that Mimi left her loft and was not seen for a few minutes, and that was when Mimi pushed her. Cassie finally after a few minutes leaves the stand.

    -Rex leaves the courtroom and heads to where Willow lives, once he gets there he tells Willow he needs her help.

    -The district attorney then shows the court all the evidence against Mimi. He says first of all, the security camera’s show Mimi going into the loft and just mere minutes later Cassie was pushed out the window. He says second, they found Mimi’s earring right beside where Cassie fell. He then tells them Mimi hates Cassie very much because of Cassie’s objection to Mimi in a relationship with Cassie’s brother, Rex.

    -Steve and Kayla continue to investigate Llanview, they pass Llanfair and Steve says it looks familiar!

    -The trial continues as the district attorney shows the jury that Cassie’s clothes have Mimi’s finger prints all over them, possibly from Mimi pushing Cassie out the window. Mimi flashes back to a cat fight they had that same day! She begins to worry.

    -All the Hortons gather for Mickey’s funeral. Shawn leaves the courthouse and heads to the Church, as do Bo and Hope. All the Hortons congratulate Bo and Hope on their new daughters. Before the funeral begins, Laura looks to the door and yells “Mike!”

    -Greta is continuously troubled by her paternity, Eric comforts her, and it causes her to nearly reveal her paternity to him!

    -Erin and Max continue to spend time together and bond.

    -The district attorney then calls his next witness, which is Rex! Rex comes back into the courtroom just in time and goes up to the stand. The district attorney begins to question him.

    -Mike (Roark Critchlow) walks into the grave yard! The Hortons are shocked to see him, followed by Jennifer (Melissa Reeves), Jack (Matt Ashford), Scotty Banning (Rick Hearst), David Banning (Gregg Marx), Steven Olson (Stephen Schnetzer), Spencer Olson (unknown), Tommy Horton (John Lupton), and Sandy Horton (Pamela Roylance). Lucas and Will (Chris Gerse) arrive as well. Alice is thrilled to have her family all gathered together again, and they all mourn Mickey. His funeral begins as Alice stands and recalls all her greatest times with Mickey.

    -The DA asks Rex what he was doing the night Cassie was pushed, Rex says he was at his loft with Mimi, he says they shared a kiss. Then she left shortly after. Then soon after that Cassie was pushed. He however then tells him he doesn’t believe Mimi did it, and thinks someone else did. The district attorney has no further questions for Rex, and Rex steps down. John whispers to Marlena that it seems almost everyone knows Mimi is innocent. The district attorney has no further witnesses to call, because he has enough evidence that should convince the jury. Judge Fitzpatrick asks Mimi’s lawyer to call his first witness, and he calls Mimi to the stand!

    -Sami leaves the courtroom, troubled by all of this reminding her of Abe and her knowing he is innocent and Lexie is the real murderer! She again remembers how Lexie has nothing on her now, and also it would be the right thing to do to reveal that Abe was innocent. She is still uncertain.

    -Colleen tells EJ she doesn’t know where some Helena is! She gets nervous and tries to leave but he grabs her and says he wants the truth!

    -Alice finishes recalling all her greatest times with Mickey, and she tells all the Hortons to not mourn him in sadness, but in happiness, because that is what Mickey would want, Tom as well. She says he is watching over them right now, as is Tom. She sits down and Laura comes up, she recalls the time she and Mickey were married, she says even though it didn’t work out, she would always love him and that would be an important memory in her life. Alice smiles as Laura sits down.

    -Mimi is on the stand. Her lawyer asks her if she pushed Cassie, Mimi says no. She asks where she was when Cassie was pushed, Mimi then replied that she was just walking into the loft. The lawyer then asks how her ear ring fell off, Mimi says it fell off right before she went into the loft, so when she put it back on she was loose. She says the reason she was scene at the crime scene was because she was the one who found Cassie, and that was when her ear ring fell off. The lawyer then asks what about the clothes, Mimi says she and Cassie had a fight earlier, because Cassie was persistence in keeping her away from Rex, and that was exactly why she tried to frame her! The lawyer says he has no further questions and goes to sit down. The district attorney then begins to cross examine Mimi!

    -Willow goes into Cassie’s room at the hospital, she says she doesn’t know how to do this but she’s gonna try.

    -Mike stands up at Mickey’s funeral and begins to talk about how for a while he thought of Mickey as is father, he says he knows Bill is his father, but on the inside Mickey will always be a father to him. He then sits down. Melissa then comes up and says even though he wasn’t her biological father, he is in her heart. She says he was always a person she could turn to. She says she will miss him, but she knows he is happy.

    -The district attorney asks Mimi if she conspired against Belle Black Kiriakis and Shawn Brady to keep the paternity, Mmi’s lawyer objects to it not being relevant, the DA says this will prove relevance once he continues, Judge Fitzpatrick lets the DA continue. Mimi sadly says she did, then the DA asks the jury why should they believe her when she is also manipulative, he then asks if she had an abortion of her baby with the victim’s brother and kept it from him. She says yes, the DA then says no further questions, because it is obvious no one can believe a word out of her mouth so she did push Cassie out the window. Judge Fitzpatrick asks if both sides are finished, and they both say yes. The jury is then dismissed to make a decision!

    -Mickey’s funeral continues, as Sarah comes up to make her speech about Mickey. She says she also knows she was not his biological child, but she is in her heart. She says that no matter what anyone says she always will be. She then recalls all the good times she had with Mickey, and says he was a great, great man and certainly was a true Horton. She tearfully tells him goodbye and goes to sit down. Then, lastly, Maggie comes up.

    -EJ finally after a while forces Colleen to tell him where Helena is! She confesses and says Helena is tied up and gagged at Wyndermere castle! EJ lets go of Colleen and heads off to rescue Helena.

    -Sami visits Abe in jail, she says she’s sorry about all that has happened. She says she knows he didn’t kill Tek. Abe asks Sami how she can be so certain, it’s almost like she knows something. He then wonders if she could help him and asks if she knows something that prove him innocent!

    -Lilly tells Sam she is going to set their plan in motion after Christmas!

    -The jury is in deliberation for quite some time. Mimi asks her lawyer what is going on, her lawyer just responds that this was a very odd case, and both sides were very strong, so it could take a bit. Bonnie tries to reassure Mimi everything will be alright. Finally, the jury comes back out!

    -Maggie tells all the Hortons she had wonderful times with Mickey, and he was a great man. She says she loved him eternally, and she would do anything for him. She begins to tear up, she says Mickey and her went through hard times, but they went through happy times as well. She says but whatever they went through it was always together, and their love came out on top in the end. She then tells everyone that when he married her it made her the happiest woman in the world and she cherished all the time they had together, she said he had strength before his death, and he would want her to be happy. She says she has had relationships with other men, but none of them oculd ever match up to Mickey. She cries as she says goodbye to her husband and goes to sit down. Then the Hortons all head outside as Mickey’s coffin is wheeled out as well….

    -Judge Fitzpatrick asks if the jury has made a decision, and they say they have. They then give the judge the verdict. Judge Fitzpatrick tells the defendant to stand, so Mimi and her lawyer do. Judge Fitzpatrick then announces that Mimi has been charged with the attempted murder of Cassie Brady, and has been declared guilty! Mimi breaks down and screams “No!” as Bonnie does the same, everyone in the courtroom is shocked, meanwhile Jan and Cassie both silently rejoice!

    -All the Hortons are gathered outside as Mickey’s coffin is about to be lowered into the ground, they all tear up, especially Maggie, Melissa, and Sarah, as the coffin is finally put into the ground. Finally, Mickey’s funeral ends and all the Hortons leave the graveyard to head to Mickey and Maggie’s house. Maggie however stays, she leans down and says to the ground “Oh Mickey…how I will miss you. But, I know you would want me to live a happy life, so I will. But I promise, I will always keep your memory alive and NEVER forget you. Now, goodbye, my darling.” and she tearfully leaves St.Luke’s.

    RUMOUR ALERT!!!!!!!

    Here are some rumours that have popped up lately related to Life in Salem....

    -Alot of rumours have popped up ever since Brandon Beemer was fired that the second, and possibly third cut have already been decided. They also say it's a big one!

    -Other rumours say Hunt Block has landed the role of Daphne's son....

    -Also, casting rumours have also said that the Will recast has been decided and Chris Gerse will become part of the casting bloodbath....

    -Rumours are swirling that Carly Manning will be back!

    -In the past week, there has been some backstage gossip that Michael Sabatino has been let go before even airing!

    -Sources, reliable or unreliable, say that another death will happen come Feburary Sweeps!

    -Some sources say they have heard that another character from OLTL will be joining LIS, but it's not a current character with the show!

    ANOTHER CUT!!!!!!!!!

    MELVIN IS OUT.......AGAIN!

    Shocking, since the actress just returned to Life in Salem two months ago, but it is true. Rachel Melvin (Chelsea Benson) has been fired again, marking her second time cut from LIS and her the second cut in the casting bloodbath that continues to strike. "I really love Rachel's acting....but this had to be done. I blame myself for bringing her back in the first place, because even though she had a new love interest, which was Jeremy, she didn't fit in. We did reveal the email stunts she pulled in November however, so she at least made something of her time back. Chelsea will not be killed off...but her exit will be her own doing. As for her love story with Jeremy, it just wasn't the right time and we are going to take Jeremy in a whole different direction." the headwriter said

    Melvin will probably last appear in Feburary as she still has some airtime left.

    In other casting news, apparently LIS has found a person to play Jeremy....but who? Sources say it's an actor from CBS!

    Star Temporarily OUT!

    Apparently, Heather Lindell (Jan Spears) was written out on Episode#93 when Jan left Salem in pain over the an she has loved for years, Shawn Douglas Brady, died. However, Lindell's exit is only temporary. "We're going to try to turn the focus of this story to Belle and Philip," the headwriter said "We've put quite a bit of focus on it on Jan, so we want to take a break and focus on the others. She will be back, but will be gone for a bit. Some fans of LIS might know that Philip and Jan will be getting involved in a romantic story....that is planned out but won't be touched for a bit."

    Lindell is expected to be back by mid/late Feburary Sweeps. And, also, in other casting news, Judi Evans (Bonnie Lockhart) last aired on Episode#93, meaning all the Lockharts are gone. But rumours say she could be back, and gossip has also spread that Connor Lockhart could come on soon.

    FEBURARY SWEEPS PREVIEWS FOR LIFE IN SALEM!!!!!!!!!!

    Marlena/John/Kristen/Sam: Feburary Sweeps will be explosive for these four! John will continue to struggle with finally accepting his identity, and will realize if there is any time the Brady family needs it's eldest child, it's now! He will start referring them all to as his family. He will also get concerned about Caroline's relationship with Victor....and to make things even worse Kristen's back! Whether Kristen wants John or not will not be revealed, but they will have some interesting interaction! These four will also be involved with Susan's mysterious death....but who killed her? Kristen and Sam are going to go at Marlena and try to get revenge on what she's done to both of them, but will they succeed?! Sam has a new man in store for her.....but who? Marlena will be helping John and also trying to keep her marriage alive through this troubled time with Kristen and Sam.

    Victor/Nikki/Viki/Caroline/Steve/Kayla/Philip/Belle/Jan: This group is going to be in store for BIG things in Sweeps! They have all been drawn together through one man: Victor Kiriakis. Steve and Kayla have discovered Victor (Kiriakis) was behind Steve's death and Victor Lord of Llanview helped him! Well, Victor Lord is still dead and has been since 2003, but he left orders for if Steve and Kayla ever somehow find out about the whole sceheme to kill them! The goons will come to Salem after the two and team up with Victor Kiriakis to kill them, as Victor wants them dead as much as the other Victor of Llanview did. Nikki knew about this, and this is the secret that has kept her "alive" all this time! Victor wants Viki back and will try to get her back now that the last secret Nikki has up her sleeve is out....but he still is attracted to Caroline and they will bond! Meanwhile, Victor is still plotting with Philip to frame Belle for Shawn's murder, but can they succeed? But, Belle has another problem: Jan Spears is back after fleeing Salem just a month earlier and she is BENT on destroying Belle because she thinks Belle killed Shawn!! But, who killed Shawn? It will be revealed at the end of Sweeps!

    Bo/Hope/Megan: Bo and Hope will comfort each other over Shawn's death....but Megan wants them apart! She will seek the aid of Stefano in doing it and plans on stealing Bo and Hope's two daughters, Pamela and Addie!!!!!!!!!

    Tony/Anna: They will try to find Tony's child, which happens to be Jan, during Sweeps! Not much can be revealed by this story though!

    Lucas/Sami/EJ/Helena: This triangle between Lucas, Sami, and EJ will continue during Sweeps....but Helena plans on doing whatever it takes to stop Sami from getting with EJ! She will do whatever it takes to make sure EJ and Sami never end up together....and she teams up with Kate Roberts to make sure Sami ends up cold and alone! But, EJ has is own plans! He plans on breaking up Sami and Lucas forever by destroying Lucas! However, a bew woman comes to town and distracts Lucas from Sami....

    Kate/Forrest/Vivian: The business war will begin during sweeps! Kate and Forrest will wage war on Vivian and plan on making sure she ends up poor and without any Alamain rights whatsoever! But will they succeed????????

    Lilly/Max/Erin: This story has been really one of the most dragging stories on LIS! But, it's gonna finally heat up! Erin will find herself in grave danger and Max will protect her! They will find love in the process. As for Lilly, things are looking grim for her!

    Greta/Eric/Nicole: This story has bene dragging and all around boring as well! But, not for long! No gurantees, but the goal is to END this boring triangle during Sweeps. the headwriter has said he has realized it was a mistake to rejuvinate this triangle because frankly it was not that much in the beginning! Nicole is gonna have big trouble during Sweeps, and Greta will forgive Eric. However, her paternity will be explored!

    Abe/Lexie: This story has been backburned, but not anymore! During Sweeps we will see Lexie much more than we have, as she will begin to get despondant, but then suddenly Stefano comes to the rescue and she begins to aid him in something HUGE! However, what about Abe? He will get concerned for Lexie....but things are getting to look pretty bleak for him....

    Rex/Willow/Nicholas/Cassie: This story will come to a close, in a way, during Sweeps. Rex and Willow will probably be a couple by the time Sweeps begins, but it won't last for long! Eventually, towards the end of Sweeps, Willow will realize Rex was only using her as something to get over Mimi with! She will get ENRAGED and lay down the LAW to Rex! She will tell him NO ONE, and she means NO ONE, uses Willow Stark! Meanwhile, she has her own problems with Nicholas, and he finds himself begging for a woman all over again like with Kate, but Willow refuses and ends things with him. Annie Burgstede has taped her last scenes and Willow will leave Salem during Sweeps which will make Cassie rejoice that she's gone! But....alot of rumours are spreading that Willow's gonna be back come Summer! Cassie in the meantime will finally get her own story and stop being used as a prop for Rex's stories. A storyline has been hinted at in the past few weeks with her legs....however a similar storyline is happening so it's not gonna go far!

    Cast Cuts: Probably more cast cuts will come Feburary. But who? Stay tuned to find out!

    Big storyline: A huge storyline is being planned to kick off, or at least form, during Sweeps! Even though alot of the new stories are just beginning with LIS excluding a few, there will be a HUGE storyline coming Spring that will involve just about every single character on LIS! It's going to be HUGE and lately, all the couples or triangles have been seperated and there are no things connecting them to other stories. Well, NOW that is happening! This story will probably be the hugest story LIS has done so far!

    It was recently discovered from a source at the LIS set that Annie Burgstede (Willow Stark) has not been let go from the show as originally intended! She finished up her taping just a mere week ago, but it seems she was contacted and offered to stay with LIS!

    When the news broke in November Burgstede was joinng the cast, oit was said it was temporary and her character would only be a supporter for the Rex story. However, sources also say the headwriter saw potential with Willow and planned on her staying with the show.

    NOTE: From now on, the traditional and legendary “Days of Our Lives” Opening will be in between two segments to show where it occurs.

    -Erin finds the letter by her window. She begins to open it!

    -Colleen tells EJ to step aside. She says she’s going to kill him if he doesn’t. EJ says there is no need for that and he grabs the gun and they begin to struggle.

    -Marlena is at her penthouse when Johns comes in. Marlena tells John they need to talk and he asks about what. Marlena says Stefano.

    *Days of Our Lives Opening*

    -Steve and Kayla duck from being fired at! Steve curses and says to Kayla they have to get out of this without getting killed. Kayla asks how. Steve is about to answer but suddenly a gun shot zooms right over their head!

    -Once Kristen is freed, as Sam helps her out of the dungeon, Kristen asks about the Sultan. Sam says not to worry and they will get out of there with no trouble.

    -Eric receives a knock at his door and he opens it to see Greta!

    -Bo and Hope comfort each other over Shawn’s death. Hope tells Bo they can’t let what happened to Shawn happen to Pamela and Addie. Bo promises to protect them!

    -Chelsea wakes up in a hotel outside of Salem. She then sees Jeremy (Thad Luckinbill) in front of her. Jeremy says to her “Okay kid. I think you need to skip town FAST!”

    -Rex asks Willow if she’s liked living in the loft. Willow says it’s been fine, but nothing special. Rex asks Willow if she wants to go out tonight. Willow says she doesn’t usually go out on dates, but since Rex has a cute face, she accepts. After Rex leaves, Willow is walking outside and she bumps into Philip!

    -Victor and Margaret meet at Titan. Margaret tells Victor she’s got all the normal work done so far. Victor says good, because he has another personnal job for her. Margaret asks what, and he says to frame Belle Black for Shawn Brady’s murder!

    -Erin finishes opening the letter and reads it. It says “I’m coming for you, beautiful!” and has no signature. Erin is confused.

    -Nicole orders Crystal to leave Salem! Crystal says no to Nicole and she is back FOR GOOD! Nicole panics when she realizes they could get exposed for trying to kill Marlena! She tells Crystal she better leave or she’ll regret it!

    -Megan tells Lexie no, she’s just a friend. Megan gives Lexie some kind of key, and then leaves. Lexie is confused and wonders what the key could be used for. She notices no guards around, so she wonders of it could be used on her cell door! She tries but it doesn’t work! She wonders what is going on!

    -Greta tells Eric it’s time they talk. Eric asks about what, and Greta says she’s ready to forgive him!

    -Faux Roman tells Abe to excuse him and then he asks Hattie what she knows. Hattie says his name is really “Allan” and he has a FAMILY! Faux Roman is shocked and asks how she knows that!

    -Willow says Philip looks familiar, like she saw him somewhere on the news once. Philip just pushes Willow out of the way and then she just shrugs it off and leaves. He bangs on Belle’s door. Belle opens it and screams when she sees Philip! He forcefully makes his way inside and tells Belle he’s back for his daughter! Belle says no, and then tells him to stay away from her! Philip tells Belle he won’t take Claire now, but soon! He tells her to enjoy her life now because soon it will all be over!

    -Colleen barely has a hold of the gun. EJ grabs her and tells her her time is up! Coleen tries to shoot but EJ finally pulls the gun out of her hands and pushes her on the ground. Colleen panics. As she gets up and tries to run for the door suddenly a gun is put to her back, and she hears Helena’s voice say “Surprise.”

    -Marlena tells John he’s known for a while now that Stefano is alive and he hasn’t gone after him! John says he’s been dealing with a lot of things like his identity, his family, and other things right now. He says he’s sorry. Marlena says he needs to go after Stefano before he runs somewhere and escapes! John tells her no and he can’t! Marlena tells him that if he won’t then she will! She heads out the door but John grabs her saying they need Stefano right now!

    -Steve tells Kayla for her safety she has to go. She says she won’t leave the man she loves! They get up and soon shots start firing! Kayla screams and Steve pushes her out of the line of fire and as he does suddenly he starts remembering! All of his times with Kayla are shown as he remembers! He yells “I REMEMBER!” and then there is a freeze frame of Steve and the shots heading right to him!

    -Steve hears Greta say he is her father!

    -Bo and Hope share a tearful reunion. Alice watches in joy from heaven.

    -Maggie wakes up. She yells “Mickey!” but the rescue team tells her to calm down. Maggie says she feels like her husband is trying to tell her something….

    -Tony desperately searches for Anna. He screams her name out. He hears “T-Tonnyyyy….” and he finds her under a large chandelier. She was hit by one of the largest. He screams “Anna! No!” the rescue team comes and then they immediately call the paramedics. The paramedics say to Tony she has been heavily injured and they are losing her fast!

    *Days of Our Lives Opening*

    -Kristen and Sam rot in prison. Kristen accuses Sam of this being all her fault! Kristen says she finally had a clean slate, and she should have taken it but no, she had to go after that stupid shrink! She says she hates Marlena but Marlena is so pathetic she is no reason for a person to ruin their life!

    -Stefano, Lexie, Megan, and Celeste all arrive at Stefano’s hideout inside Salem. Megan tells Stefano Bo and Hope saw her….and Lexie says everyone now knows who she is with. Stefano tells his daughters not to worry, and that the time to stay hidden has passed.

    -Helena sneaks out of Chez Rouge un-hurt. She tells herself things must be getting serious now. She says no more games….she WILL destroy Stefano DiMera!

    -Kim is brought out of Chez Rouge with Kayla. Kayla checks on Kim and luckily, she is fine. Kim tells Kayla to hurry and get to Steve.

    -John and Marlena are happily reunited! Marlena tearfully tells John she thought she lost him. John says they need to hurry and find his mother Caroline! As they run Marlena notices John is starting to acknowledge Caroline is his mother…

    -Tony begs Anna to live. He says he cannot lose her….after all these years of being apart and he just got to see her again…he whispers in her ear he loves her! Anna’s eyes open barely and she sees Tony……that gives her the will to live! The paramedics are shocked as Anna’s pulse and heart rate go back up.

    -Kayla runs over to Steve. She wonders why Greta is with him. Kayla begins to check on him…she then sighs a breath of relief as she says Steve seems fine. Greta is relieved as well.

    -In the Horton House, the door slowly creaks open and a person in a ski mask creeps in. They take off the mask but their face is not seen. They walk over to Alice’s body and says in a mechanical voice“Oh, Alice Horton. You always were a sweet and kind one. It is just unfortunate another Horton has died. And you never got the satisfactory of knowing that I was the one who murdered your grandson…” And then the killer removes the voice mechanism and after their face is shown and Shawn Douglas Brady's killer is revealed to be..........

    SON member daysfan, the headwriter and executive producer of SONBC's own "Life in Salem" after much consideration has decided to have LIS go on a temporary hiatus. daysfan thought about ending the blog but decided against it because it had gone too far now to end.

    The reasoning was daysfan had no time to write episodes, so DF decided to take a small break. "It will be back soon." daysfan promises

    So, tune in when LIS returns to see the aftermath of Shawn's killer revealed, Alice Horton's death, and the incident at Chez Rouge!

    LIS can now reveal that Heather Olson(Lilly Spears, ex-Jan) has been fired from the LIS cast.

    "I loved having Heather back, and I did enjoy writing for Lilly." the headwriter informed when asked to comment on why Olson was fired "But Lilly was a supporting character and small. She had a freindship with Sam, twin of Jan, and even had a small romance with Max. But the character's time has come. Her crimes were revealed and everything we had planned for her was already played out. We had to cut her from her contract early.."

    Also, rumours have started swirling that Lisa Trusel(ex-Melissa Horton) will return to LIS! The headwriter even commented on it:

    "It's a very strong possiblity, I've been wanting Lisa back for awhile, but we are still in talks with her. She would play a big role in this up coming story "The War". There may be returns in this huge story, she could be next!" the headwriter commented

    -John searches high and low in Chez Rouge for Caroline. He calls out “CAROLINE!” over and over. He lifts tables, chandeliers, anything he can find! He continues to yell out Caroline’s name and memories come back to him as a child with his mother. He searches but finds nothing and drops on his knees and screams out “MAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!”

    -Kayla asks Greta what she is doing with Steve and that she doesn’t even know him. Greta quickly covers and says she remembers her old friend Jack telling her all about him and showing her many pictures. She says she wanted to check on him so if Jack heard about it soon and panicked she could tell him things were alright. Kayla asks how she knew he was alive then. Greta lies that Eric had told her about it. Kayla tells Greta to stop lying and tell her why she was really with Steve.

    -Anna manages to give a faint smile to Tony. Tony laughs and then asks the paramedics what happened. They said they have no idea it just happened. They then leave to go help others in need and say soon doctors will be here to finish up with Anna. Anna says while they’re waiting…..kiss her!

    -Gina Von Amburg stands over Alice’s body. She says she was the one who murdered Shawn! And she gloats that she got away with it! She says that everything fell into place perfectly. She begins to explain how she’s alive….

    *Days of Our Lives Opening*

    -A mysterious person places Erin inside a strange place. The person says “Wake up, Sweetie…”

    -EJ looks down at Lucas’s unconscious body. He takes out a knife and says “You know, I could just kill you right now. I don’t even have to use a knife! I could make it look like you died here, due to your injuries. But, I won’t do that. Where would be the fun? I still have plenty in store for you…”

    -Gina says that a certain someone saved her at the last minute. Took her body and then managed to keep her alive. Managed to cure her lung cancer as well!

    -Marlena comes to John’s side and comforts him. She says they WILL find Caroline, and for him not to worry! John says he MUST find her! He clutches Marlena and whispers to her he has to apologize! He says he hasn’t been a very good son to her. He should have protected her! Marlena says he’s only known a matter of months! John yells that’s no excuse! He turns and continues to dig for Caroline.

    -Greta stands, silent. Kayla suddenly realizes Stephanie is still somewhere inside Chez Rouge! She tells Greta they’ll talk later. As she runs back into Chez Rouge, Greta says now that she knows Steve is fine she can get out of here. But she remembers something and shreiks “ERIC!”

    -Erin opens her eyes and rubs her head, she looks around and asks “Where am I?” then looks at the person and says “Who are you?!” and the person replies “Your greatest nightmare.”

    -EJ picks up Lucas and carries him out of Chez Rouge. Sami sees him and rejoices. She thanks EJ as the extra doctors and nurses that have arrived begin to check on him. EJ turns and says to himself “Now, where’s Kefer?”

    -Tony looks at Anna in silence for a moment, and she asks in a quiet voice “Well?” and he answers “I would love nothing better.” and he and Anna share a very tender kiss.

    -Gina gets up and says “Well I must be going now, dearly departed Mrs.Horton. I’ll be sure to “take care” of your family for you, especially Hope.” Gina laughs as she opens the door and leaves, and as she does a cold chill blows through the air….

    -Tony suddenly pulls away from the kiss with Anna, telling her to just leave him alone. Anna looks up at Tony in confusion and shock.

    *Days of Our Lives Opening*

    -Alexis slowly limps out of Chez Rouge, and EJ walks over to her and tries to pull her over to one of the medics. She snaps at him, telling him to go away, and blames him for her injuries. He tells her to just shut it and keep moving, and reminds her what he’s paying her. She just rolls her eyes and continues on.

    -Christopher walks over to Billie and examines her. “She’s losing too much blood. We need to work fast.” Slowly he and the medics try to stop the bleeding, while Billie lies motionless. Christopher tells her to just hang on, and he doesn’t let his patients go easily.

    -Erin lets out a scream, and then the person stops a tape that was recording everything. Erin smirks, and the mysterious figure says “You did fantastic, sweetheart.” and she puts her arms around his neck, and whispers “Thanks. Now just to deliver this recording to that foolish race car driver, and we should be set.”

    -Greta frantically tries to find Eric as she stumbles through Chez Rouge, but instead finds Nicole. She stares angrily at her, part of her still harboring anger towards her for what happened all those years ago. But she reminds herself she has to let go, and already let go of Eric. Much time has passed, and she can’t hold onto that situation forever. For now, she must focus on finding Eric and then trying to figure out how to handle Kayla and her father.

    -John finally finds Caroline, under a pile of rubble from a chandelier. Marlena checks her pulse and says it’s faint, and they have to get her out of here NOW! John picks her up and they both run out, and he whispers to his mother “Don’t worry, as long as I am here, you won’t die. You’ll be fine Ma, I promise….” They get outside, and take her to an ambulance as everyone who has been found so far is being taken to the hospital on ambulances. John orders the medics to take good care of her, or else. Marlena turns, and tries to re-assure John. She looks around, and says “Oh no…where’s Eric?! John, OUR son is still in there!” John stands in silence for a moment, remembering how him and Eric always had a rocky relationship and Eric never even bothered to talk to him even now, but he’s still his son. They see Greta come out in tears, saying she can’t find him either….

    -Anna tries to ask Tony what’s wrong, but he slowly walks away. She stares in confusion, but then is taken away to an ambulance. “This better not take long….I have to find out what’s wrong with my Tony…that kiss was so passionate, and then he just turned and left….” she whispers to herself

    -As Alexis is taken to the hospital reluctantly, EJ overhears John, Marlena, and Greta worrying for Eric. He narrows his eyes and whispers “Don’t worry Roman, your son is safe in my hands….”

    -The next day in Salem arrives. Marlena stands on the balcony of her penthouse, as she feels guilty for not going back to the hospital, but she says to herself she has no idea how to tell the Hortons the news. She hears behind her “Tell the Hortons what news, Doc?” and she turns around to see Faux Roman behind her!

    -John, Kim, Kayla, and Bo stay at the hospital overnight. Max suddenly runs into the waiting room and Bo asks Max where he has been and they have been waiting him for hours and hours. He apologizes and says he has been trying to find a friend, and Bo then says “Well why you were gallivanting around our mother fell into a coma.” Max looks on in shock, and begins to feel guilty. Kim says now is not the time, and they are all here now. Kim goes over to John, and says she is proud of him. She thanks him for being there, and then John slowly says he will always be there….for his family. Kim then says “Thank you so much……Roman.”

    *Days of Our Lives Opening*

    -Lexie finally returns to Stefano’s hideout, and Megan asks her where she’s been. Lexie says she has been taking care of some things, and Megan hisses she has nothing to take care of. She tells Lexie she is lucky she did not report her to their father. Lexie says to Megan that believe it or not she does have things to take care off, and then she walks off without another word.

    -Marlena begins to cry as she falls into Faux Roman’s arms, and he asks her what is wrong and what’s happened. She slowly gets up and says last night, Maggie asked her to check on Alice, so she went to the Horton House….and suddenly Marlena stops as tears pour out of her eyes, and then says she found Alice was dead! Faux Roman looks at Marlena in shock, and asks how. She says she had no idea except when Maggie talked to her before the Ball she was sick. Faux Roman says this is terrible, and Marlena says she doesn’t know how she can tell the Hortons this.

    -John says he called her Roman, and Kim says she thinks it’s time. She says he can call himself what he wants, but as of now, he is Roman to her. And he always will be. John once again does not say a word, and Kim simply smiles as she goes back to Caroline’s bedside…..

    -Lexie gets to her room inside Stefano’s hideout, and locks the door. She says quietly to herself as long as Megan and Stefano aren’t suspicious, then everything is going as it should. She then says her father’s downfall is imminent. And this time she will make sure it is his final downfall.

    -Faux Roman says she has to, and Marlena says she definitely knows. He tells her he will go down to the hospital with her, and she thanks him. She sobs as she gets ready to leave, and once they leave, she prepares for one of the hardest things in her life…..

    -Rex thinks back to when he met Willow, and their months together as a couple. He says she was special to him, almost as special as Mimi was. He sighs, having lost another woman . He hears a voice say “The relationship would never have worked anyway. She hated you right before she left.” and he looks beside him to see Cassie in a wheelchair. He asks what she’s doing here, and she says she surprisingly was alright and able to be released from the hospital again. Luckily she wasn’t hit too much, and then Rex finally gets up the courage to asks her what her problem is with any woman he gets into a relationship with.

    -Bo walks over to John and says “John, I-” but he interrupts with a smile on his face and says “No. Call me Roman. Roman Brady.” Bo stands stunned for a moment, while Kim says “Well then may I officially welcome you to the family, Roman.” John/Roman smiles at his family, finally truly accepting his identity…

    -Cassie asks what he means, and Rex tells her it’s like that every woman he gets romantically involved with she hates. She says that Willow was a hooker and Mimi pushed her out a window! Rex then asks “Did she really? For awhile, I was willing to believe you, but I have doubted it for a long time.” Cassie is shocked and offended, and says she’ll dare he accuse her of lying! Rex says he hates to do it but he has to consider that strong possibility. He says he wouldn’t be surprised if she threw herself out the window!

    -Greta walks into Steve’s room, where he lies unconscious. She just stares at him, and says “Soon. I promise, Father. Soon I WILL reveal my paternity to you, but right now is just not the time….”

    -Faux Roman and Marlena head to the hospital, and Faux Roman tries to re-assure Marlena it will all be alright. He says she will be able to do this, and she says she hopes she can…..

    *Days of Our Lives Opening*

    -Cassie gasps and then slaps Rex, she says she would never do that, no matter how much she wanted him and Mimi apart! Rex then asks “Then who did push you out the window? And don’t say Mimi because I know it is a lie.”

    -Greta continues to worry for Eric, and she tears up and says her life is just falling apart. She says it has been for years……

    -Hattie continues to search for information on Faux Roman’s true identity. She whispers to herself “Don’t worry Allan, I’ll find out who you are….and where your family is…..”

    -Cassie yells “FOR THE LAST TIME IT WAS MIMI!” and Rex snaps it was not, and for her to stop with the lies. She screams “ALL I HAVE BEEN DOING IS TRY TO HELP YOU, AND DO WHAT’S BEST FOR YOU! BUT NOW YOU DO THIS TO ME?!” and then leaves his room in tears……

    -Greta stares at Steve, and thinks about Eric. She finally determines it is time to turn her life around, and not let it fall apart again. She slowly walks out of Steve’s room, with her new goal set firmly in mind….

    -Faux Roman and Marlena arrive at the hospital, and as they slowly walk in, Faux Roman puts his hand on Marlena’s shoulder for support as she prepares to tell the Hortons Alice’s fate….

    IMPORTANT NOTE: Faux Roman shall from now on be called “Allan” and John shall be called “Roman”.

    -Cassie wheels back into her hospital room, and throws a vase of flowers across the room. She screams in anger, and yells “ALL I TRY TO DO IS HELP HIM, AND HE TURNS ON ME!” and then tears pour out of her eyes. She throws yet another object, and whispers “I lied for him, I did everything I could for him….I gave up my own life for him….” and then she clutches the end of her hospital bed, and slowly tries to stand….

    -Marlena and Allan bump into Roman at the hospital. Marlena then says “John, I am so gla-” but he interrupts her saying it’s Roman now, and she stares at him for a moment in shock. But then she says she has horrible news, and Roman asks what she means. She then tells him she found Alice Horton’s body!

    *Days of Our Lives Opening*

    -Jan awakens in the hospital, and mutters “What happened?” and looks down at her stomach, and slowly runs her hands over her stomach, and then she whispers “My baby is still alive…..”

    -Many people in the hospital are being released, including Anna, Hope, Maggie, Abby, Jeremy, Nick, Lucas, Vivian, and Kate. Forrest comes to the hospital to see Kate, and Kate says this is the first time she has seen him since the Ball, he could have visited at least once. Forrest replies he had more pressing matters to take care of, and Kate says that a very important matter is getting rid of his aunt. Unknown to them, Vivian listens from behind the wall….

    -Cassie nearly falls down, but slowly begins to walk, fueled by determination. She mutters “Forget the wheel chair…” and as she begins to walk more and more and finally completely regains the use of her legs, she says “Now, time to convince Rex Mimi was the one who pushed me….” and leaves the hospital room…..

    -Roman stares in shock, and does not say a word. He stares at Marlena for a moment, and whispers “Doc, no….” and as Marlena tears up yet again she whispers back “Oh Roman, it’s true……” Bo walks up behind Roman and asks “What’s true?”

    -Jan smiles, and whispers “I can’t wait for you to be born…the last thing I have of Shawn…..” and sighs. Jan, for a moment, feels a bit of regret about all the things she has done. After thinking for a moment, she looks at her stomach and says “After you are born, no more schemes for me….”

    -Forrest says that will happen soon enough, and Kate says it had better, before Vivian pulls something on them. Vivian smiles and says to herself “Oh don’t worry Kate, I will….” as Kate leaves the hospital.

    -Cassie walks through the halls of the hospital, and has to clutch the walls a few times especially if she walks too fast, she assures herself she can do this, her legs have been healing for months, and she is determined. A nurse sees Cassie and recognizes her as one of the patients, and says she shouldn’t be out of her room. Cassie snaps she does not care and storms out of the hospital…

    -Marlena looks at Bo and continues to cry, and Roman turns to him and slowly says “Doc….told…me….Alice….is…..dead” and Bo just stares, and asks “What? How?” Marlena says it looks to be just natural and Maggie told her Alice was sick before the Ball, and she still has to break it to the Hortons. Bo tells her no, and he will be the one to tell Hope about Alice….

    -Kate walks through the streets of Salem, and suddenly she is grabbed by the back of her collar of her coat and is pulled into an alley, and a knife is put to her throat. Behind her is revealed to be Helena Cassadine!

    -Allan asks Bo if he is sure he wants to do that , and Bo nods. He says she is his wife, and he needs to be the one to do it. A tear slowly runs down his cheek, and Roman says he’s doing the right thing. Marlena thanks him and says she will tell Maggie and the others. Bo just nods to the three again, and turns away as he heads to tell Hope...

    A day passes in Salem, as the whole Horton clan finds out about Alice’s death. All people in the Horton family are called back for the funeral the very next day, as they all assemble to honor a matriarch. Julie knows about Doug’s coma, and as the scene opens Shawn Douglas’s funeral is just ending, his body finally being released from the police….

    Hope sobs as Shawn’s coffin is slowly lowered into the ground outside St.Luke’s. “Goodbye, baby……” she says tearfully as Bo holds her “First Shawn, then my father, and Gran…….how can this be happening?”

    “It’ll all be alright, Fancy Face. I promise.” Bo says, trying to be strong for his wife, as he also watches his son’s coffin be dropped into the ground

    A single tear drops from his eye, but he continues to hold Hope firmly for comfort. Be strong for her….. he thinks to himself

    Belle cries and Marlena and Roman are by her side, while Jan watches but also is hysterical. Marlena holds Claire while Belle slowly whispers “Goodbye, Shawn……”

    As the funeral service ends, everyone slowly turns and heads back into the church for Alice’s funeral. All the Hortons sit down as well as most of the Bradys.

    The funeral begins, and Hope sits beside Bo, Julie, and Maggie in the front row. One by one, family members of Alice get called up. First is Tommy.

    “My mother was always a wonderful woman,” Tommy starts “She raised me and my siblings right, much better than any other parent back in that era did. Even though I had my bad spots in my life, my life was wonderful, because of her and my father. If my sister Addie was present, she would say the same. As would Mickey, and I am sure Marie and Bill feel the same. I know my daughter Sandy does.”

    Sandy smiles at her father and gives a simple nod. Next, Bill stands in front of everyone.

    “Through my life….I was very troubled. I became a doctor like my father and brother, but then I had battled my other brother Mickey for Laura.” Bill says and casts a simple glance at Laura “This probably hurt both my parents very much. I never considered really until now how it probably did. And then with my son Mike’s paternity……it must have been horrible for them. But I…..do know they still loved us all, and we both gave them wonderful grandchildren. Just….with how I was all those years ago….I shudder to think how it hurt them, and…..I never made up for it……”

    Laura suddenly stands and exclaims “Yes you did, Bill! It wasn’t even your fault or Mickey’s. You made up to your whole family, me, and your children what happened! Mark my words you did!”

    Laura walks up, and slowly takes Bill’s hand, and they both walk down and back to their seats in silence.

    Marie then slowly walks up to the front of the Church, and she is slightly nervous. She says a prayer, and then begins. “For many years in my life, whenever something bad happened, I took it out on my whole family, especially my parents. I always stopped speaking to them, even if what happened had nothing to do with them. I just hid in my room, and later on I just ran off and became a nun for years. I still spoke to them, but most of the time I was just inside that convent. I finally came out of that eventually…but for so many years, I always took EVERYTHING out on them and I know they hated it.” she says and turns to Alice’s coffin “Oh mother, I am so so so sorry….”

    Marie leans down and kisses her coffin before sitting back down.

    Maggie walks up, and takes a heavy breath before speaking. “I have had a whole day to think on this. When Marlena first told me, I was devastated, and horrified. I had just spoken to Alice days ago, and I even felt guilty for her death because I knew she was sick, or at least slightly sick. Mabye I could have done something…..but soon I decided that I couldn’t mope. I had to cherish the time I had with her, just as I do with Mickey. I lost him in December, but even then I knew I could not mope. None of us should. We must be strong. It is want Alice wants, what she did when Tom or any other family member died. That is why I love her so much. She is strong for us all, and always has been. Now we must be strong…..and…I must help you all with this. Now that Alice is gone, I feel she, and Mickey, would…want me to try to be the pillar of strength for the Hortons. And that is what I shall do.” she tells them all, and everyone in the church smiles at her

    Maggie slowly steps down with a small sniff, and sits down. Julie holds her hand tightly, as she prepares to stand up. “You can do it…” Maggie whispers

    Julie smiles lightly, and stands and walks up to the front of the church. “Grandma Alice….was always such a treat to see. She always was there to help me, no matter what. All my life I have tried to be like her and my mother. I tried to help raise Hope, but for a lot of my life I didn’t even know who my own child was. I felt like I shouldn’t have been a Horton, at one time, but I realized we all make mistakes. Grandma was a great example, but she had her flaws which made her special to me and the fact my mother and she had faults might have been something that pulled me through the hard times often. My husband, Doug, who has been with me through thick and thin….recently went into a coma, that is highly likely to be irreversible. And then we received the news Grandma died….but through all those horrible discoveries, I could feel her strength guiding me….I could feel her strength when I awoke in that hospital bed yesterday with my family surrounding me……her strength is with us all.” she says as she looks out at everyone in the church, and two tears stream from each of her eyes as she sits down beside Maggie again

    The funeral continues on, as more and more Hortons stand and speak about Alice, including Sarah, Melissa, Steve, Abby, Lucas, Mike, Jeremy, Jessica, and many others.

    Soon, Jennifer Rose stands up. “My Gran…she was always so sweet and caring. She always took me in and comforted me no matter what kind of attitude I had or what state I was in. She helped me so many times, with relationships, or just something minor. She was always there for me, and….I wish I had known that last Christmas would be the last time I would see her…..but also….watching her and my grandfather, was perhaps what prompted me to finally get back together with my husband, Jack…..because I saw they had true love, and it lasted whether they were married or not….” she says, and then steps down and sits down beside Jack and Abby while Jack holds Jack Jr.

    Bo stands up next, and says once he is in front of the whole church “Well, as many know….back when Hope and I began to fall in love some, especially her father, were not too accepting of it at first. However, Mrs.H seemed to always help me and Hope find each other whenever we had problems with our relationship, and she accepted me, and countless others. She had her friend Howie disguise as Hope at her wedding to Larry, she helped me majorly with the whole Gina disaster….” he says “So I was always glad to get to know her, and be a part of her family.”

    Marlena then stands next, and walks in front of everyone. She smiles at them all while Belle holds Claire and Roman sits beside her, and she says “Ever since I came to Salem Alice has always been a good friend of mine. Always so helpful, so very helpful and comforting. Even a bit funny at times. She and I had a strong freindship….and again she was so helpful, always assisting in somehow, in some way. And just a few years ago….” she then begins to stop slightly “I repayed her by sending the poor woman to an island….I have not been able to speak to her much recently, but I have tried to make that up…and have apologized to her so many times. I hated to be the one to have to tell the news to the Hortons, and when I found her…..I can’t even describe how I felt. So overcome with sadness….an old friend gone. But even though I may not be related to her, she is in my heart…and always will be…..”

    Marlena begins to cry as she steps down and sits next to Roman, and he puts his arm around her. Bo looks to Hope, as do Maggie and Julie. Bo gives a nod, and finally, she stands and slowly approaches the front of the Church.

    She walks up to the coffin, and slowly touches it. She sniffs several times, before turning to her family and friends. “When Bo told me about this….I didn’t want to believe it.” she starts, her tone neutral “My life so far this year has been terrible. I have my daughters, Pamela and Addie, and my husband. But I lost my son…and my father…and now my Gran. I loved them all so much, and always had this special bond with Gran. She and I were always close, and she always helped me so much, and I never really helped her. She figured out that Gina was really me years ago, she helped me in my wreck of a marriage to Larry Welch, and was there no matter what was going on in her life. I enjoyed every moment of my time with her, on Christmas, or just some regular day. Yesterday….I was an emotional wreck, but also remembered a lot of great times with Gran and there are so many more that I didn’t recall at that very moment. I have been crying all day, and even during this funeral. But I want….to stop. I want to be happy all this day, as Aunt Maggie brought up. I know Gran is in a better place…..with my grandfather, Tom. I know she was strong during his death, so I must be strong during hers. And again, she is with my grandfather. Something she always wanted….so I know…she…is happy….and like Julie, I can feel her presence….”

    Hope slowly turns, and looks down at the coffin again. “Gran, someday….I…..will join you….in Heaven….”

    One, single, last tear drops down onto the coffin, as Hope turns and sits down next to Bo.

    Alice’s coffin is then taken outside, and everyone follows. As she is about to be buried after everything is said, everyone drops roses on her coffin, as it like Shawn’s did goes into the ground, right next to where Tom is buried….

    Maggie, Julie, Hope, Bo, Marlena, Roman, Tommy, Bill, Marie, Melissa, Sarah, Jennifer, and everyone else watches as the coffin is finally settled deep into the ground, and the hole is filled….

    Bo wraps his arms around Hope for comfort as everyone watches, and she puts her hand back on his shoulder. They all watch, and as they all stand perfectly still, a last montage of Tom and Alice Horton is shown of them dancing to their memorable song( http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=b34glFqs5mM ) before the screen fades to black……

    -The next day, as many Hortons leave Salem, Maggie and Julie say goodbye to them all. Maggie says goodbye to her daughters, and Melissa says she will try to visit soon. After Melissa walks out the door of Maggie’s house, Sarah warns Maggie that Melissa is going through a hard time right now, and is very closed up. After Sarah leaves, Maggie wonders what is happening with Melissa.

    -Kate walks into the Salem Inn to see Helena. She flashes back to how Helena forced her into an alliance to bring down Sami. She walks into the room where Helena is, and Helena sits in a chair. She smirks at her and says “So you have arrived. Excellent…..now our plans can begin…..”

    -Hope visits Shawn’s, Zack’s, Tom’s, and Alice’s graves one last time. She slowly stares at them all, and as she walks by Shawn’s she leans down and continues to stare before standing again. Little does she know Gina, who is in a ski mask, is standing right behind her….

    *Days of Our Lives Opening*

    -Steve and Kayla walk onto the grounds of the Kiriakis mansion, ready to confront Victor on what they found in Llanview. Kayla tells Steve to be calm, and Steve says it’s going to be hard and he won’t gurantee a thing. She sighs as they walk up to the door.

    -Nicole goes to the hospital to check on Crystal, but gets a shock when she learns Crystal died late last night. Christopher is the one to tell her the news, and she is in disbelief. As she leaves the hospital she says that is another thing off her plate…..

    -Kate tells her if it gets Lucas out of Sami’s life, she will do anything Helena likes. Helena tells Kate she needs her to lure Sami to the docks, and once Sami is there, she can kill her and throw her body out into the ocean. Kate’s eyes widen and she asks if she is sure Sami needs to die, and Helena replies that she has examined Sami’s backstory, and she always lures the men she breaks up with right back into her web. She tells Kate it is time she be taken out permanently, and if Kate is going to work with her she will have to get use to more lethal methods, and Kate finally reluctantly agrees.

    -Hope can get a sense that someone is behind her, and she quickly turns around, and sees the masked Gina. “Hello, Hope. Visiting your dearly departed son?” Gina says, her voice disguised. “Who are you?” Hope asks as she slowly backs up “Oh, you don’t know? I am not surprised, you probably are not in the mood to be the brightest one. I killed your son.” Hope’s eyes widen, and she stares right into Gina’s eyes. “YOU! YOU KILLED MY SON! I KNOW WHO YOU ARE!” and she tackles Gina to the ground…..

    -Steve knocks on the door, and eventually Victor opens it. “Steve, Kayla. It’s rare that you ever come here.” he says, simply, looking at them both “Oh forget all that diplomatic attitude. We both know you and your buddy Victor Lord faked my death.” Steve growls as he walks inside. Kayla tries to stop, Steve, but then Victor says “I have no idea what you are talking about.” and Steve then suddenly removes a GUN from his coat and Kayla yells “STEVE, NO!”

    -Hope and Gina get into an intense fight, and Gina whispers “Yes, you know it is me…..” and Hope then punches Gina in the face once she stands, and rips Gina’s ski mask off. She sees her face, and she says with gritted teeth “You are supposed to be dead…….” and Gina scoffs “Oh please, no one ever dies in Salem, dear Hope! Except of course for your sons and grandmoth-” she says but in a rage Hope grabs her by her throat, and hisses “Don’t you ever mention them like that. Why did you kill Shawn? You should have just come straight to me, you pricy princess.” and Gina responds “Oh there would be no fun in that,” and then she kicks Hope to the ground, and then quickly takes off. Hope stands and then takes out her cell phone and dials Bo’s number….

    -Steve orders Victor to admit his crime, and Victor snarls and calls for the guards. They quickly arrive and drag Steve and Kayla off the premsis, but Steve yells he will be back. Once the guards let them go, Kayla tries to say something to Steve but he says he needs some time alone and walks off. Kayla sighs as she also walks the other way, just letting be Steve be. Meanwhile as Steve walks into an alleyway and kicks down a trash can, suddenly he looks up to see Gina in front of him……

    Alot of cast changes have occured on LIS lately. Check out this latest update to see who is and who isn't still with LIS.

    IN:

    Jerry Ver Dorn(Clint Buchanon): The actor has brought his character Clint, Viki's ex-husband, to Salem. The stint is not permanant but he'll be on screen for a good amnount of time. "He'll have a huge role in the Viki/Nikki/Victor drama. And as we can see, Victor isn't his favorite person." Co-EP/HW Daysfan says

    Tyler Christopher(Nikolas Cassadine): "I give Jay credit for this." Daysfan said "He was the one who brought him on, something I didn't think of until he brought it up. Regardless, Nikolas will have a huge role in all this drama between the Cassadines and the DiMeras. He is Helena's grandson, after all, and until she came to Salem he was the main one she had to deal with."

    OUT:

    Andrea Hall-Gengler(Samantha Evans): "Everyone knows I love her so much and she has been on LIS since it's first month on SONBC, July of 2006, but she has no place on LIS with all thats going on. I planned a bit of a romance for her but it doesn't work at the moment and Sam is so crazy, I have done pretty much all I wanted her to do." Daysfan commented "She last aired on Episode#134, when she and Kristen were in jail. Sam will return later down the line, but for now don't expect to see her."

    Brandi Burkhardt(Erin Jade): "As viewers know, Erin has been tricking Max for something. However, a twist is coming for Erin, as her part in this story has ended. There is her odd "stalker"...but he will be dealt with fairly quickly and this ties into The War, slightly."

    -Helena gasps and says “Nikolas, what are you doing here?! You should be in Port Charles!” and Nikolas says “Tracy came to me and warned me about you. She thinks your insane, so I came to take you back to that mental hospital.” and EJ growls “Not a chance.” and Sami says “What the hell is going on?!” and Marlena says she believes that is Nikolas Cassadine, Helena’s grandson through her son Stavros with Mikkos Cassadine. Stefano watches as the drama unravels, and slowly reaches under his desk and presses a hidden button…

    -Viki asks Victor what Dorian Lord has to do with any of this, and she is the last thing she wants to think about. Victor says he’s not quite sure, that name…he just recognizes it. Clint tells Viki to come on and they should leave, and Viki asks Clint what is wrong and that he has been acting odd ever since he got to the hospital earlier

    -Tony and Anna approach the DiMera Mansion, and Anna says here they go. Tony says they are bound to find some information on something in that huge place, and Anna tells him then they should just go in now. He agrees and they enter….

    *Life in Salem Opening*

    -Belle walks into the Java Café and sees Rex sitting down at one of the tables in silence, staring at the wall. She walks over to the table and asks him what’s wrong, and he sighs as he looks up at her and tells her it’s woman problems. He says he ends up hurting every woman he tries to get into a relationship with somehow, and he continues by saying Mimi was sentenced to 25 years in prison over something she didn’t even do and Willow left after a huge fight between them. Belle tells Rex that Mimi kept keeping secrets from all of them over and over, and even if she didn’t push Cassie what happened was bound to happen. She then tells him that Willow was a low life hooker off the streets and you tried to make your relationship with her work. Rex sighs and looks away.

    -Jan sits in the Java Café watching Belle and Rex, but suddenly Cassie walks in and sits down at Jan’s table. Jan asks Cassie what she wants, and Cassie says even though she doesn’t really have much respect for her after she sent her hurtling out a window they have a problem. She then tells Jan Rex knows Mimi didn’t push her.

    -Two guards come in and tell everyone to stay where they are and don’t move, while Stefano slowly stands and says that while this meeting was very eventful, he has a war to take care of. Suddenly Megan and Lexie walk in with guns pointed at Marlena, Sami, Helena, Nikolas, and EJ. Marlena looks at Lexie and says “No, Lexie you don-” but Lexie tells Marlena to shut up. Lexie thinks to herself soon Stefano will fall but not yet. Suddenly one of the guards is knocked unconscious and Celeste walks in! Celeste tells Alexandra to stop, but Lexie tells her mother she has to do this! EJ tells Helena to quickly escape, but Nikolas says she won’t be going anywhere except a mental home. Stefano yells “ENOUGH!” and suddenly takes out a controller and presses another button, and suddenly the whole building shakes. Marlena slowly says “Oh no….” and then looks at Sami and Celeste and yells “COME ON, WE’RE IN DANGER!”

    -Clint tells Viki he is fine, they just need to leave. Kayla watches the conversation curiously, and walks over and briefly says for them not to trust Victor, and she glares at Victor before walking off. As Viki stands she wonders what Kayla was talking about and who she was. She reluctantly goes with Clint, and after she is gone Victor slams his fist down on the table in anger.

    -Anna looks around the foyer of the mansion and says she forgot how much this place creeped her out, and Tony says it is a very odd place. Anna looks around in the living room, and asks where they should start. Tony begins to say something, but suddenly they hear voices…

    -Belle puts her hand on his shoulder and sits down, and tells him she knows how he feels. She says right after Shawn and her found out they were cousins he died, and she feels partially responsible. She says she was in a loveless marriage to Philip for nearly two years and it caused him to go insane over the Claire drama. She says both of them were so tortured possibly because of her. But she says she can’t blame herself forever and neither can him.

    -Jan tells Cassie she was the one who lied about who pushed her so it is not her problem. Cassie reminds Jan she could expose her at any moment and take care of Mimi another way. Jan growls and asks if Cassie has a plan, and Cassie shakes her head but says together they can make one. Jan reminds Cassie they have time, and it took Rex nearly a year to figure out Mimi aborted her baby. Cassie warns Jan to not be so relaxed about this.

    -Suddenly the building shakes again, and Marlena and Celeste quickly begin to run before the guard can catch them and Sami yells for EJ to come on. Helena looks at Sami angrily and takes out a gun and tries to shoot at her but Marlena pulls Sami out of the way in time, and Nikolas tries to grab Helena but EJ punches him in the face. Megan asks Stefano what they should do and he orders them to just get out in time. Megan and Lexie obey in confusion and take a secret exit out, and Stefano pulls out a gun and then shoots several times at Helena but she dodges them. She says “Until next time, Stefano.” and darts out of the room and Stefano yells in anger. He whispers to himself Helena hasn’t seen the worst yet, and turns and walks out the secret exit while the rest of them run for the main exit as the building continues to shake…

    -Tony says it’s coming from somewhere upstairs, and both of them quickly run up the stairs, and lean into one of the doors to hear the voice of Bart(Steve Blackwood) talking to another one of Stefano’s henchman. Anna asks Tony if they should burst in, and he says yes and Bart is easy to handle. Tony suddenly breaks the door down, to Bart’s shock! He says with a smirk “Well hello, Bart.”

    -Nikolas races after Helena, as Marlena, Celeste, and Sami make it out the door in time. Shelves and drawers begin to fall everywhere, and Nikolas takes a side exit to try to intercept Helena. Helena and EJ run after the door, however, as Helena runs out the door suddenly Stefano’s lair EXPLODES! Marlena, Sami, Nikolas, and Celeste stare on in shock as EJ and Helena go flying into the air…
