    It's about time, Florida but I'll truly be impressed when Rubio gets tossed out for someone with a heart, conscience and a spine.

     

    There should be a picture of Nielsen in the dictionary by the definition of oblivious.  Who goes to a Mexican restaurant after trying to 'sell' the notion of forced separation of families only to send children from Central American countries to internment camps?

    If she had gone to a Mexican-American owned restaurant, surely they would've spit in her food.

    No surprise that under Trump, the DOJ has moved to put more people in jail, and one of the consequences of this + the GOP's 'smaller government' ethos-- "the shortage of correctional officers has grown chronic under President Trump".

    You now have teachers and clerks serving as substitute guards at maximum security prisons, to a swelling prison population. 

    Nice work, America.

    Remember those twits who used to post on this messageboard claiming that HRC would be as bad or worse than Trump?  I'm glad that they were booted off --dumb AF.

     

    I sincerely doubt that the U.S. would be opening and operating child concentration camps had HRC been POTUS.

    I liked her as Debbie.  I often thought she had more to play as Debbie in her one year stint then she's had playing Sharon for many years of her stint.


    No offense to anyone in L.A. but I always thought that the soaps on the West Coast had the worst hair styling.  After the 1980s, they truly fell off.

     

    The hair on shows like AMC, ATWT, OLTL was usually on point (with the exception of some terrible trends), no matter the ethnicity because they actually had stylists capable of doing hair and working with any texture.

    Does anyone know whatever happened to Ann Mitchell (Jane McDonald Bingham)?

    Has anyone tried asking Elizabeth Hubbard whether she has kept in touch?  I tried looking on IMDB and only found scant biographical information (b. 1956, is that possible??).  

     

    I tried doing a garden variety search online and came up with some interesting results, none of which had anything to do with Ann Mitchell.  The results were pretty wild though, LOL.

     

    In the images section some random photos came up including this one, LOL.  Sharon Case as Debbie Simon.  I think I may try to use this as my new avatar for awhile.

    Twitter can be a pain but just be aware that IG is owned by Facebook and they mine and harvest all your data for third parties to use/buy.  Just as long as you're aware.

    The Williams Sisters are close to retirement but Serena remains box office.  That won't last much longer.  Folks quickly forget it was Venus and Serena that took tennis to prime time!  It's gradually worked its way back up to Daytime and, eventually, if something big does not come along, Finals will be held on weekday mornings/afternoons!

     

    How are people going to see them in the U.S. when coverage of the matches are so scattershot?  That's a major problem.  The WTA, in particular, went for that short money with no long term thinking on how they could make the sport more accessible.  

    Are there droves of little brown kids from Compton who have access to WTA TV and Tennis TV?  What about TC's online tier that is exorbitant?  US Tennis needs to stop price gouging and trying to handpick faves and open it up to more people.  

     

    Although Europe (which makes their matches far more accessible) had great numbers.  Of course, having the men's and women's champions be European surely made a difference but Eurosport makes their matches much more accessible than their U.S. counterparts do.
