Maybe issues with Internet access?  Or phone/computer? I just hope that he is alright.

Any prospective writer who takes a sitcom class will inevitably have to watch and study the script of sitcoms that are regarded as some of the best around and The Dick Van Dyke Show will inevitably land on that list. R.I.P. Mr. Reiner.

Seems like this has indeed been a long day. And exhausting.

  4. Am I insane or is this Corbin Bernsen as the pilot taking Bob and Steven Weber to Dream's End on ATWT in '86? It's not in his IMDB and the picture quality is bad but still.

      DramatistDreamer

      That is indeed Corbin Bernsen.

  5. Re-immersing myself in the Loving Murders, ATWT '86 and the Y&R classic schedule, with a side of OLTL '92-'93, just reinforces the need for P&G and other outlets to release these archives to streaming ASAP. SoapNet with AW and Dan Curtis with Dark Shadows were ahead of their time.

A good time for well-written stories.  I wonder who has any pull with P&G. One of the reasons why I think someone should get in touch with Laurence Caso, perhaps he'd be able to shed light on the process. Does Alan Locher have a rapport with Caso, you think?

  6. Me...and my laptop...love the remodel of the site. Thanks, guys!!

Honestly, my laptop and I mostly like it too.  I know it may take some getting used to and the font size option on Status posts needs to come back (lol) but I like the use of "white space" and the spatial symmetry of the layout. Things don't look as crowded as they used to.

  7. Not sure I like this section being on the left side...

It may take some getting used to but I appreciate the use of space, particularly the "white space". Whereas before, things often looked askew on my laptop, depending on which browser I used, at least now the layout looks spatially balanced for me.  And because I tend to enlarge the font my huge screen, it used to lead to that skewed look but now, things look more symmetrical on my screen.

My sole quibble is that  the font size appears to be missing from this Status post, making this post, in particular look miniature on my 18.4 inch screen.

Forgot to mention that over the weekend, I looked up the production details of Strictly Business, a movie produced by Andre Harrell  that I saw a long time ago and haven't seen again in many years and among the cast, I noticed that Victor Slezak was in that cast.  The 90s were such an interesting time for black films of all stripes and genres.

Still avoiding that video. At this time, with this much stress, those images would be triggering for me, I think.  Those men need to be arrested yesterday!  When will these tragedies end?

The fact that they are coming specifically for North America tells me something. Maybe these "Open The Country" fools might be the first targets of the Murder Hornets.

I was looking for somewhere to put this and couldn't find a thread and, after a search, came across this post. At first, I had no intention of watching this but it was only 10 minutes, so I decided to watch. This turned out to be an interesting interview. I kind of got busy and dropped out of the show so I don't remember when his character stopped appearing on the show, although I vaguely recall Kyle going to London (didn't he ask Maxine to join him?). I didn't realize that there were all these BTS elements causing conflict. And his comments on the dynamic between the cast of LS and Warner Bros. compared to the dynamic between the cast of Friends and Warner Bros. seems like it was quite something, to say the least.

The run on cleaning products is odd too, since, it makes me believe that some people weren't already cleaning their homes.  Rubbing alcohol was off the shelves but somehow, there's more soap than ever! Do people not believe that washing their hands is actually more effective than hand sanitizer? Are there that many people w/out access to running water?

Jackée Harry recently tweeted this clip from The Women of Brewster Place and it exemplifies how versatile Kelly was in her talent, she had such easy chemistry with Lonette McKee. Everyone in that miniseries was excellent, yes, including Robin Givens.
