  1. I saw an early screening of this and it was so [@#$%]ing good! James Franco - Just WOW! He commanded that role & really dove into it. Spellbinding performance. And Ashley Benson did a fantastic job too. Her & James became a couple during the production of this movie I think, they're very adorable together icon1.gif

Really cuz it looks like trash to me based on the trailer. Like the white version of Set it Off.

  2. LOL! it is sad. But like you said, it really is the photographer to blame here. He did a horrible job with her poses, costume, location, and lighting. It is possible to do sexy poses without coming off like a desperate working girl. She looks so young too. She should go for the Zooey Deschanel playful, but sensual look.

Photographers don't choose costumes. That falls on whoever styled her for the shoot. He proabbly didn't choose the location either. And she obviously loved the look so the blame needs to be spread around. She seems determined to be a sexpot.

  3. Pastor Brown will premiere Saturday, February 16, at 8:00pm ET/PT on Lifetime TV

Written by Rhonda Baraka, the all-star cast includes Salli Richardson Whitfield, Nicole Ari Parker, Keith David, Michael B. Jordan, Michael Beach, Tisha Campbell-Martin, Tasha Smith, Dondre T. Whitfield, Rockmond Dunbar, Ernie Hudson, Monica, and Angie Stone.

  4. "Sometimes you have to just tell people to kiss your ass and keep on walking." I tried to explain that to her, but she'd just say, "Mommy you don't like anybody."

"What bricks?" I'd snap. "You ain't never lived in no damn projects! You ain't from no bricks. You're gonna get a brick upside your head."

"They Named her Bobbi Kristina-which wasa a hell of a lot better than what they'd initially chosen for her. A few days earlier, when I had asked Bobby and Nippy what they were naming the baby, Bobby said some kind of crazy name I couldn't even pronounce-Tekatia, or Takeka, or some mess like that."

I am sitting here CTFU because she sounds like my mom or my aunt when they get upset.

I wanted to start a thread the other day about the Cissy Oprah interview, so I'm glad that you bumped this one. Did anyone watch it? A lot of people are up in arms that Cissy said she'd be upset if Whitney had been gay. Not exactly a PC answer, but an honest one nonetheless. Cissy was in the biz and in the black church, she certainly knew and liked gay people. But she's still a very religious woman of a certain age with old school values about homosexuality. It's one thing for a fellow singer or church member to be gay, but that was NOT for one of her children. I don't agree with it, but I understand the mentality.

I'm dying over here those are hilarious.

  5. Saw a promo earlier today for a TV movie starring Taylor Spreitler (Mia McCormick, DAYS) called STALKED AT 17! She's the lead. I forget what channel it was though.

Lifetime I believe. Didn't watch it cuz I don't care for her acting but I heard about it last year when it premiered. I didn't care for her acting on Melissa and Joey either.
