Wow, two sections in a row... I need to catch up. 

I'd imagine once you get to the M's you'll need a bit more time though. There's not really one big family there, as there is in the H-section (Hughes) and the S-section (Snyder & Stewart), but a lot of smaller families that still have a lot of members, like the Munsons, the Montgomerys, the McColls, the McKechnies, the McKinnons, etc.

Having only watched the show from 2000 onwards (an era in which Susan herself was unfortunately barely seen, apart from 2004), it's fascinating to me that she has parents. I mean, obviously she has parents, but I just can't picture Susan as a girl being told off by her father or her mother. 

If only I could see some of those episodes.

Does anyone here know, since there were several actresses to play the role before Marie Masters, if Fred and Julia were still around by the time Masters took on the role?

The character appears in the February 13, 1987 episode (no idea if it's Diane Westin or another actress) and in that episode, she refers to herself as Joslyn Higgins.

This is just what I gathered from my own memory of post-2000 episodes, my viewings of classic episodes and what's in the scrapbook. I'll certainly find out more later, and will make sure to add it when I do.

I certainly don't want to hold up your activities in the cast list and soap hopper departments, but down the line, I'd be downright fascinated to see more of these family trees listed in that treasure trove of a notebook of yours. 

It always seems odd to me that by 1991-1992, while Marland was still at the helm, there was such an influx of newbies. If you read the scrapbook, there are so many new names around this time, both surrounding the Crawford mystery as well as at the Snyder farm, it's just hard to follow along at times. Especially since many of those characters never appeared again after their initial stint. I wonder what it was like at the time. I've always pictured the show going downhill after Marland's death, but it seems like this couldn't have been an easy period to watch.

The November 1986 episodes surrounding the "Hello Barbara" reveal have Annette Miller listed in the credits as Rosalind. Which makes sense, as I believe the character was killed off during that time (I think she fell victim to Hensley Taggart). So, I doubt Miller was on in 1987, unless it was via flashback/ghost appearance.

I've seen many episodes from the late 80's, as well as from the mid-70's onwards, but I guess the period between 1991-1995 is sort of my weak spot when it comes to ATWT. I know the Harper family was this big crime family, who were in cahoots with Arthur Claiborne and Gavin Kruger and who were infiltrated by Hal. I know Anthony and Vicky (Vicki?) were married, and she came from the Cerrone family, which was a crime family in its own right. 

The scrapbook lists a Bill Harper, played by John Dossett and Wayne Maugans, appearing between 1989-1991. Unlike Anthony and Vicki, however, he's never actually mentioned in the story (and can only be found in the cast list). Does anyone know who he was? Was he related to the Harper crime family, or was he a different Harper? 

Four other Harpers are named in Slick's list. Two of them (nameless and Sheldon) appeared in the mid-80's, so it's unlikely they're related to the crime family. Another nameless one goes without a year, so may also be unrelated (or even be related to the 80's Harpers). And then there's Julius, who must have been related to Anthony and Vicki since he appeared in 1992. Was Julius their son? Anthony's father? His brother? 

As I said, the scrapbook mentions very clearly that Vicki came from the Cerrone crime family. However, the only other Cerrone I've been able to spot in Slick's list is Pete Cerone (spelled differently, but that could easily have been a mix-up). He did appear in 1993, so it seems he could have been related to Vicki. Was he her father or brother? Was the remaining Cer(r)one family kept off screen?

Two notes:

- I was saddened to find out that somewhere in this year (1998) the show apparently let go of Dan Region, as the final episodes of the year no longer have him inviting the viewers to tune in again. Does anyone happen to know exactly when his voice last appeared?

- Up until 1997, I have put episode numbers in bold ONLY when I have a direct source for that episode number. If an episode number has been figured out indirectly (episode X is #10,000, then the episode after must be #10,001 if we know it aired), I have put in the episode number but left it un-bold (what's the opposite of bold?). As of June 17, 1998 (and up until September 17, 2010) I have all episodes accounted for (either as having aired or as having been pre-empted). As a result, I will be putting all episode numbers in bold, for two reasons. First of all, I simply don't remember which episode numbers have been confirmed and which have been figured out indirectly. Secondly, since I'm copying these data from my own excel sheets, it's WAY too much work to un-bold every episode number, but bold everything else.
