It's amazing how much of this crap I blocked out until reading this. And I was watching GH every day from 2000-2007 like clockwork.

Well, just remember how Brooke came into Pine Valley, as Phoebe's privileged, but neglected, young niece, on the back of Benny Sago's motorcycle. Ed and Peg English were bad parents, to say the least. Of course, as years progressed, Brooke matured, found her calling as a journalist, married Tom, etc. Losing Laura like she did left a gigantic hole in Brooke's life, but having Jamie more-or-less filled it. So, in that sense, Brooke's journey as a human being felt at last complete (to me, anyway). Everything after giving birth to her son felt like desperation on the show's part to keep Brooke active and thriving on the canvas.

Khan, you know  on you something fierce... but we're the same age, at least that's the age you've given us. How the HELL are you acting like you had this keen insight on the exhaustion of Brooke's usefulness on the canvas at 12 years old?

Brooke, again I say, is INAPPROPRIATE! End of the damn story. A wasted return due to shithouse writing.

The heart wants what the heart wants. Not to mention, they have history and a very, um, complicated "friendship" going on. It's not as simple as just saying "he's not into me and that's that." Intellectually, Liza may get that, but emotionally it's difficult as hell! Especially with Tad's propensity to insert himself into her life and private matters. How many ways did that hypocrite interfere with Liza's marriage to Adam? How many times -- during both the 1994-96 and 1999-2002 marriages to Dixie -- did he make it seem like Liza came, if not first, a reeeeeally close second to Dixie? So there are a LOT of emotions entangled here... not to mention that lingering hope of "maybe this time..."

Unfortunately, I think Tad has to really hurt her -- intentionally or unintentionally -- for her to start making moves away from this longing she has for Tad. He would, I dunno, have to get Colby pregnant or something!

I hate when they ruin characters who arent on the show. This Hillary stuff is ridiculous. She pretty much wants nothing to do with her son, leaves him to fend for himself, and doesnt care about his well being, all bc she is too much of a coward to face Tad bc her lie's been exposed? She is coming across as a witch

    You'll get over it.
