This is Nelson's brand. If he hadn't reported this, Perez or someone lower down the food chain would have. I am NOT defending this smear campaign, but I think it is more meaningful to look at who is feeding Nelson this.

Whose agenda is it to try to destroy these actors? It's bad enough how the story was ended, but these kinds of rumors can jeopardize their future careers. That is vile. Why can't this little nugget of storyline have had a respectful ending and then faded away? Why did it have to be accompanied by this sh*t?

Lesli should be ruling the roost at B&B but since she's not, I think she might have some chance at Y&R, which has some of the most drab, weak women in the soap world. Then again, the show is run by people who don't care for women, so what can you expect.

Felicia would not hold on to strength. She'd become a moll for one magnate or another. I forgot she might be there for Tucker's plucking--Ashley's rival for his affections (while dried up Jill watches from the sidelines, devoid of sexuality).

Oh, it also renders JT not "potent enough"...and contributes to his further emasculation and peripheralization. He and Mac will ride off into some boring dusk. LMAO at Branson, but it's true! Unless Branson is nu-Noah instead.

Lesli Kay should not be on Y&R. She'd either be paired with Jack after Emily, or be Victor's next dalliance, or be Michael's next Lauren-beard. None of these are good uses of her. Felicia should be RUNNING Forrester as Stephanie II, and she should be battling Brooke and the Logans.

This is very much like the broadsides against Jess Walton, Chris Engen, some of those blind items that seemed to be about David Canary -- it comes across to me as propaganda.

This is all extremely tacky. These actors have not just been fired, their reputations have been smeared. Why can't they just be fired? Why does it have to be so ugly, between this and between Logan telling us gays killed the ratings?

This expresses my sentiment on this issue perfectly. I can't believe -- true or not -- that this trashing has to happen.
