Constructive criticism of any actor is allowed at SOC, including Tammin. Malicious, inflammatory bitching is not. I counted two negative comments about her portrayal in that thread alone (one of which is from you, shockingly enough).
Thanks for thinking of me but it wasn't I who posted about Tammin. I haven't posted there in a long time--I don't like being censored or deleted. -

The reason you only see positive comments about TS over at SOC is because if you say anything remotely negative about Tammin's acting (which is her craft) or critique her performances in episodes you get deleted. However, you seem to be free to say anything negative about any other actors without being censored. Tammin seems protected not only at Y&R/Sony but also at SOC. -
In Topic: Scott Hamner Says Y&R Is NOT Doing A Gay Story

I may be wrong but wasn't there something out there that TIIC defended not showing the Rafe/Adam kiss in that this was not the true love story or something to that effect that they intended to portray? I still say Engen's reasons for leaving had less to do with the gay kiss (which was never even shown) but more to Adam's motivations for the "relationship" and just Adam's sick and twisted actions in general. -

Does anyone know where we can find the 2 interviews-- Maria's words vs. Scott's Hamner's so we can compare? Unbelievable...do these writers actually even work together and/or do they have any idea what they are doing from one day to the next? We already know there are no long-term storyline plans for any of the characters. I can't say I'm shocked MAB&Co. are going back on their word since I can't say I'm shocked about anything this show does or doesn't do anymore. -

I get that Jolleen and Bac were popular back in the day, but when the actors that made the coupling popular haven't been on the show in 5 to 7 years and the recast haven't been able to create the same magic it's time to move on. Clemintine as Mac could be better if she didn't have to recreate some storyline from 10 years ago.
If you are going to hit me make sure it's with soft objects....okay
Naaah I totally agree with you -- it's very forced and especially taking into account that it's all recasts (except for JT) in these 2 couples...how do you "recreate the magic?" The answer is you don't. Neither of these couples as they currently stand, have any chem whatsoever. I have no idea why TIIC are force-feeding us these been-there done-that couples.
