    So here is the first episode of Venice:




    Here is the question, CC and the other two creators have decided to give the first episode free and charge $9.99 for the rest of the season (including bloopers, backstage stuff, and making of stuff). Based on this episode, would you pay $9.99 to watch the rest of the season?

    Does anyone plan on watching this? I have to say this is much better quality than I anticipated, it looks better than some of the soaps.

    I wish we would have heard some of the dialogue though. I'm going to check it out since I think this is likely the future of soaps (online that is).

    Any thoughts on the promo?

    Really great interview actually. I'm still apprehensive about a return to OLTL given the writing I have seen for the women on the show when I've watched recently (and especially if they stick her with the blackhole that is John McBain), but I liked what she had to say in this interview.

    Good news, GUIDING LIGHT fans! Soaps In Depth has learned that Tom Pelphrey is bringing Jonathan back to Springifeld! A show rep confirms that Pelphrey will be back on air mid-summer! No further details regarding his return were available.

  5. ATWT: Elizabeth Hubbard: Why is she rarely mentioned?

    I've been wondering this, whenever people talk about the best in daytime, the same names come up: Slezak, Flannery, Zimmer, Stafford, West, Grahn, Byrne, etc. but rarely if ever is Elizabeth Hubbard mentioned. That is baffling to me considering that she's a ten time Emmy nominee herself and two time Lead Actress Emmy winner and is still currently on daytime. I think she's easily just as good as Flannery, Zimmer and the rest, but why is she never mentioned?

    It can't be an out of sight out of mind thing because she is still very much on ATWT. She may not have a frontburner story all the time, but neither does Slezak and she's still mentioned often.

    What are your feelings on Hubbard? I'm curious.
