I think they've started to deal with Celia's issues better, but it's still not there yet, and certainly wasn't back when this aired despite, as you mention, a genuinely frightening and compelling dream scene. I really like the actress who seems to be Billy Clyde's number 2 in work or whatever--she's a good character actress (and seems just the right level of over the top without quite going as far as that hysterical one woman they have had in the protestation scenes.) I don't comment on them because I don't want to spoil you on upcoming eps. IMO, your reviews don't sound harsh at all. I'd call them tough but fair. I don't mean to be dismissive or glib so I am happy if I don't come across that way. These shows get enough of that treatment as it is. Some stories, like Cassandra's, I do understand what they're trying to do, and I skip them mostly because I don't want to see the subject matter, not because of the quality. That woman is very natural. I don't know if she's been in anything before. The Kids in the Hall lady is ridiculous, although perhaps she's supposed to be.
