WTF!!!!!

EXCLUSIVE: Here is a great holiday gift for soap fans: I’ve learned that Prospect Park has revived its plan to continue cancelled ABC daytime dramas All My Children and One Life To Live online. I hear the company behind USA hit Royal Pains has inked deals with SAG-AFTRA and DGA for the soaps’ production, eyed to begin in the first quarter of 2013.

*sigh* here we go again, seriously peeps just no.

Jamey Giddens already confirmed ABC refused to extend the rights to PP, plus they ignore the real issue MONEY

so yeah not happening. Plus AMC's rights reverted back to ABC in Sept....

This made me laugh so hard.

Jamey just said on twitter that the brands are hot again and ABC does want do something with them.

They'd be better off doing DVD's ala soap classics.

I don't see Cartini leaving GH, and if this did happen, I don't see alot of actors signing on after being burnt the last time

I don't know what to think.

But if this is true, the most important question is.....
Will Susan Lucci do it?

LOL.

I think bitch has moved on.

I don't understand what this means. Most of the contracts have expired, and I'm not sure how many of the actors would want to take that risk again. Are they just looking for more backers and putting this out to get attention?

I too think SuLu has moved on, as have like 95% of the AMC & OLTL actors.

I think AMC would be lucky to get maybe Bobbie Eakes & Sarah Glendenning lol

OLTL would probably only have probably Kassie

"WTF?!" pretty much sums it up for me too. I bet the AMC actors email group is burning up again. Posted Image

If this is true, maybe they'll pick up DAYS too. I'm sure they can get that for the change between the cushions of someone's couch.

I'm not going down the Prospect Park rabbit hole again but If this is true I'm glad for the actors especially if they end up shooting in New York.

I don't trust Prospect Park. Like, at all. This will have to actually be on the air (or the Internet) before I believe it. I highly doubt they can get the important folks from AMC to do it; they were pretty wary and burned out the last time.
