I hate Steffi's smug little ass. Interesting that in her world, being unsure/unable to handle a situation is the same as being "mentally unstable". Does she even realize her mother's a psychiatrist? (albeit a horrible one...) Steffi "handles" situations by deceit---as much as I hate her, that doesn't exactly make her a sociopath.

Interesting that as "good" as Hope is---she has the same exact problem as Brooke has had with Ridge---the fear that one "mistake" will end her relationship.

She said Hope is unstable (not mentally unstable)and hasnt learned how to deal with life yet....how is that innacurate? Hope's a mess and has been for months. She has very little life experience and has lived her life in a bubble filled with lollipops, rainbows and gumdrops. She doesnt know how to cope with things when they go wrong and we're seeing that as she literally cracks under the pressure of the unrealisitc expectations she's placed on herself

He's a stupid boy. It wont. i have to admit, Ive been enjoying Steffy around him. I enjoy the writing for her lately. JMW's been doing a good job with the material

Hope's life has been filled with lollipops and rainbows? Really? I wouldn't call Ollie/Brookgate, almost being raped, dealing with Amber's lies or Steffi's (for that matter) "lollipop and rainbow land". Hope was the one person championing Brooke when Thomas lied. Hope "let Liam go" when she thought it best for "his child" and tried to after he married Steffi. Hope's made plenty of decisions that affected her life. The difference now is the "judgment" she feels---from people that don't even know her. Yes, some of that she invited on herself---but not all of it. Some of it was thrust on her as a result of the power struggle between Brooke and Taylor.

Steffi talks a lot of smack---but the truth is, of the two, she's clearly more sheltered, made less "life decisions" and never taken responsibility for her actions. She hides behind the Forrester name, Bill and "the law". She has no loyalty other than to herself. And maybe Bill. (She threw her parents under the bus when she didn't tell them the truth about her "almost dying", and IMO, she's throwing Forrester under the bus now allowing the "Hope for the Future" line to sink as Hope's trashed in the tabloids.) Steffi doesn't "deal" with things, she just moves on. Not GAS is not the same as "emotional maturity".

And IMO, whether or not Steffi used the word "mentally" to describe Hope's "instability"---that's exactly what she meant. It's the only reason to throw that word out there.

Im talking about how her entire family coddles her and tries to shield her from things. How she expects everything to be perfect; how she was all about being super virgin, role model and loved by girls around the world. How she doesnt expect reprecussions from her actions, such as rightfully being labeled a hypocrite now. What she expects out of life and the reality of what it actually is are 2 different things and she IS currently being written as unstable. We have a phrase for her and its a hot mess

I couldn't help laughing at Hope's mental breakdown/near-drowning hair looking about the same as Steffy's normal hair. Steffy looks like she just got out of Cats.

Taylor's outfit looked like librarian porn, and was also badly fitted.

At least Taylor/Ridge seem to be over for good.

The whole "cha cha cha" thing - how long has Steffy said that? Some comedian used to say it a long time ago. I can't remember who. Maybe she could start calling Liam "Mrs. Calabash." Or is this a tribute to Annette Charles (who did have similar hair)?

Hope's original message was about how it was "okay" to wait until you were in a committed relationship. Having a sexual hang-up does not make one "unstable". Steffi encouraged Hope's insecurities by repeatedly throwing the word "adulteress" in her face. Hope may have "perfection" issues, but when it comes to Liam, they're not without precedent, especially since he couldn't wait six hours before trying out Steffi's golden hoochie.

Until Steffi starts calling out Liam as an adulterer, she is also one big, frickin' hypocrite. But of course, we're not gonna hear that comin' out of her mouth, since she's waiting to pounce on him the minute Hope makes a big enough mistake for Liam to justify boning her again.

Her sexual hang ups arent simply what got her labeled unstable. Its how unpredictable and inconsistent she has been lately. One minute she's a neurotic hot mess, and the next she's floating on cloud nine. One minute she's crying and acting depressed and the next she's giggling like a school girl. Of course no one knows she's hooked on painkillers but her behavior does seem odd and erratic. Steffy has seen it briefly. Others have commented on and noticed it. She gets labeled a hypcorite and she is lterally on the verge of having a mental breakdown that turns her into a drug addict. Thats not normal I can only imagine if the media found ot she was sleeping with Liam and she got called a ho/adulterer by her fans. She'd probably try to kill herself
