Some highlights

- "The new Dixie's flawed, she's lived a life. And everyone's just going to have to tough it out!"

- On Dixie and Tad: "They're different people; they've changed and they may not be able to look forward."

- On Di and Tad and what Dixie will think: "I was talking to Julie (Carruthers) about this and it's like, 'Get your own man! Just because I don't want him anymore doesn't mean that I want you to have him!" (That quote is really revealing: Just because I don't want him anymore! Needless to say, it's going to be a tough road ahead for Tad and Dix, I think).

- She says that Dixie never wanted JR to grow up with Adam's primary influence. But there may be a good reason she let him grow up on his own at that point, and with Adam's control.

- Babe and Dixie should have an interesting relationship. Babe is kind of an "echo" of Dixie.

- She wants to work with Eileen Herlie and James Mitchell more. Yay for more Myrt and Palmer! And of course she's excited to work with everyone in the Tad/Di/JR/Babe camp.

- She's been watching the show and likes Zendall (eeee!) and Jeff Branson.

- I'm somewhat surprised Cady has mentioned nothing of ATWT really since she's come back. Maybe the spec. is true and she was really upset w/ them when they let Hunt Block go?

OMG, I LOVE Cady McClain...I just can't wait to see more Dixie onscreen!

Interestingly enough, she didn't mention Vincent Irizary with whom she's looking forward to seeing and working with again. I know she can't mention everyone, but she was heavily involved with him the last year or so she was on...and didn't she request to work more with him? You'd think she might mention him...

Yeah at the time Cady pushed for the affair with David..... the story didn't go over well with most, because well most of AMC's core fanbase were and still are Tad and Dixie fans.... I didn't mind it, I mean it was different than the same go around but in my eyes Tad and Dixie do belong together.

Cady is set to be at the studio tomorrow, but I don't think she's taping. JHC is holding a mandatory lunch meeting for all cast tomorrow. I remember if something big is going down at the show.

I have a bad feeling that the non-mention of Vincent might have been asked of her. I have a gut feeling based on on-air evidence that there is a plan to phase out David/Vincent. Obviously that would not be McT's doing though bc she loves him. So although I can't see them together I hope the David/Julia thing works wondefully so they renew interest in him.
