Members R Sinclair Posted December 28, 2009 Members Share Posted December 28, 2009 A plane crash, of course! Everyone hops on a commercial airliner headed for Puerto Rico and it crashes. Monica dies and in a shocking twist, the carrier is a subsidiary of one of Edward Quatermaine's many holdings and he's held accountable for killing his own daughter in-law, thereby making the Quatermaine malignation complete. Sonny will of course be injected into the disaster because his private jet is in the shop, so he does what any good mobster does -- goes commercial. Jason will save the day by shooting the pilot in the head. Sonny will have sex with Carly in an overturned overhead compartment. Alexis will spend two or three episodes climbing through the wreckage: "Kristinaaaa!! Kristinaaaa!!" And Spinelli will take his laptop with the longest running battery EVER and somehow hack into the air traffic control tower and signal for help. When all are home, Jax will show up, having been in Monte Carlo the whole time, and somehow Carly will blame him for her screwing Sonny. Oh, and Monica will linger as a ghost to haunt Edward. Edward confesses to owning the shoddy airline and Jason, who momentarily cares about his mother now that she's dead, shoots him in the head. They've got the GH pattern down pact... That is the Guza Way.....its been the same formula for years no surprises no twist no turns no Wth? moment just pure formula. someone will die, someone will be the hero, someone will be the villian, someone will be scribed to look like a chump....someone storyline will get hijacked they won't power out to the end usually its Alexis.... ...someone will get sleazed up along the way ...someone will get the sympathy card.... and it aint' a stretech who will fill in these roles Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

After all, if Guza's already done one homage to Irwin Allen disaster flicks (w/ the Port Charles Hotel fire), he might as well have a matching set! People would be swimming from one area to another with Jason as the hero of the day. He might grow flippers and gills to breath underwater. That was something that was a part of the show for so long, and they just wrote it out, which sucked. They could bring it back, and have it in February, to make it the backdrop of the sweeps storyline. Instead of having it at the hospital, or in a ballroom, they could have it on a private yacht, as a homage to Bobbie and Audry, who have worked at the hospital for so long. Faith Rosco could return. I know she was killed, but come on, it is a soap opera, it's not like people haven't come back from the dead before. Faith could return as a way to extract revenge on Sonny and Jason for all the problems that she had. She could sneak on to the boat with all of the other people. This would be a good way to get everyone together. Carly would definitely be on the boat, because the ball would be honoring the her mother. That means that Jax, Michael and Morgan will be there as well. Luke will go to honor his sister, and Lucky would be there to honor his aunt, and Liz will obviously be there because she is a nurse. Steve Webber will go to honor Elizabeth. Robin would encourage Mac to go, because she knows he is lonely, and her and Krstina and Molly would convince him to invite Alexis, meaning they would all be on the boat too. Nikolas would go because of his creepy obsession with Liz. Maxie will go, but only because Kate wants to cover the event and what everyone is wearing for an issue of Crimson. This means Maxie will drag Spinelli out there, and he will sleep with someone else (someone he meets on the boat. a waitress or somethihng.) Lulu will be there to honor Liz and Bobbie, and to cover the spread for Crimson. She will bring Dante. Edward and Monica would be there, obviously because of their involvement with the hospital. Tracy would obviously be there with Luke. Sam and Jason would be there to support Carly, who planned on announcing a new wing to the Michael Corinthos foundation. Sonny would plan on not going, but would end up going anyway because Carly asks him to, pissing Jax off in the meantime. Johnny, Olivia, and Kate would not attend to ball, and would instead stay in Port Charles. It would be them that figured out that someone had planned on making the boat sink, therefore killing everyone on it. It would be up to Kate and Olivia to save everyone after Johnny goes out to try and warn someone, and never returns. Helena would also be on the boat, planning on kidnapping Luke again, as a part of a master plan to fight off Valentine. She will also try to kidnap Nikolas, as she has lost all of her power in Greece with the family estate, because they have declared her insane and cut her off. She plans on blackmailing Nik into getting her money back. Meanwhile, Valentine would show up on the boat too, having followed Helena their with the intention of killing her. He would hold her hostage somewhere on the boat, and Nik and Luke would have to come to her rescue. Valentine escapes into the night, and doesnt appear again until after sweeps, when he shows up in PC to torture Alexis/Nik. Faith, who has set up an escape route for herself, plans on killing Sonny and Jason, and has rigged the boat to sink. She will go along killing people on the boat, and their bodies will show up here and there. She will kill Kristina, because Kristina will run into her on the boat and recognize her from when Faith kidnapped her. Faith will then run into Sam, who obviously recognizes her. Faith will throw her overboard, presumabley to her death (though Sam will appear later in PC). Michael will see someone snooping around on an upper deck of the boat, and he will go to investigate it. He will find Faith, but she is masked. He will fight to get her mask off, but she will hit him over the head. He will lay unconscious until the boat start sinking, when Jason realizes he is missing and finds him unconscious and drowning. Michael will once again be in a coma. Faith will also kill several boat workers who find her suspicious. Robin will also walk in on Patrick having sex with that football tramp Lisa, and will leave crying. She locks them both in the room from the outside (leading to them being trapped and presumed dead when the boat sinks). Faith will run in to Robin crying on the deck. Robin sees her (though Faith is still masked), and Faith doesn't want to risk Robin telling anyone there is a psycho on the loose. Faith tries to strangle Robin with the intention of throwing her overboard after, but Robin struggles and kicks faith, temporarily backing off. Robin knocks her to the ground and runs off. When Audry gets up to make her speech on the main deck, Lulu runs in screaming and covered in blood saying that she has found Kristina and several workers dead. Everyone starts to freak out, just as Robin comes on deack and takes the microphone telling them that she encountered the murderer in question and that everyone needs to stay in location. Meanwhile, Edward is in the bathroom during all of this. He walks out and Faith is there, and she hits him over the head with a bat. He immediately is knocked out, and Faith locks him in a chamber under the boat. Later she sneaks out onto the deck and grabs Monica, dragging her to the chamber with Edward and forcing Monica to operate on Edward, as he is having a brain aneurism. Later Carly walks in, mistakenly thinking it is the bathroom, and Faith shoots her. Then Monica is forced to save Carly's life. Monica decides to take a chance, sneaking up behind faith and unmasking her. Carly is appauled to see that Faith is alive. Faith explains that after she was shot, Justus had paid off the workers at the hospital to pronounce her dead, and he had swept her off to a private care facility in England. Faith, now angered by herself being revealed, decides to lock Carly, Monica, and the now recovering Edward in the chamber. Later, when the boat is sinking, Maxie finds and saves them, as she is looking for Spinelli. (Maxie later finds Spinelli sleeping with a waitress, and hurt, runs off.) Faith spots Jason standing on the deck, trying to get service on his cell phone. She immediately shoots him in the back, and runs off when she hears footsteps. Sonny discovers him laying there, and quickly calls Elizabeth, Bobbie and Matt Hunter (who was originally on the boat as Lisa's date), to help him. Sonny is able to track Faith down, and when he walks into an upper deck room, Faith takes off her mask and reveals who she is. She confronts Sonny and reveals that she had hoped for a confrontation with him, so that he could beg for his life. Sonny tells her that she will never get away with this. She argues saying "No one who is alive knows who I am...Everyone thinks I am dead, babe!". Sonny calls her a psychotic bitch, and Faith shoots him in th stomach three times, before leaving him for dead. Thinking she accomplished enough, she quickly goes to the underdeck and kills the Captain, and sets her plan in to action, rigging the control system so that the boat will begin to sink. Meanwhile a storm has broken out. She quickly uses the radio to contact a helicopter she had chartered as her escape. The helicopter comes, and she boards. The helicopter begins flying off, but crashes into the water, with Faith being presumed dead (though she returns several months later to finish off Sonny.) Meanwhile, Olivia, Johnny and Kate are all ashore, because they did not have a reason to attend the nurses ball. Johnny and Olivia had decided to spend a romantic evening together, but a very depressed Kate barges in and wants to spend the night with them. They reluctantly agree. Later, Johnny hurts himself after twisting his ankle while walking. Olivia and Kate take hiim to GH. Later when he is being treated, the service is crappy because the nurses on staff are pissed that they had to work instead of going to the ball. Olivia is upset that Johnny is getting crappy service, and decides to go to Steve Webber's office and complain (not knowing that he was on the boat). While she is waiting behind his desk, an email pops up saying: "By the time anyone reads this, Steve Webber will be dead. Everyone on that boat will be. All of your precious nurses, doctors, and friends will be gone. As they deserve. The boat sinking was NOT an accident, but rather a lesson that Port Charles is NEVER safe. Watch out." Olivia panics, knowing that she wasn't supposed to have read this, and goes to warn Kate and Johnny. She shows them the email, and they decide they have to do something to stop the boat. They immediately go to the pier to see if they can see the boat from there, but they cannot. Johnny decides that he will go off in his family's speed boat and try to find the yacht, which by this time has begun sinking (although Olivia, Kate and Johnny don't know it). Johnny doesn't come back, which worries Olivia and Kate, because he had promised to return or get in contact if he found anything. They decide they have to take matters into their own hands. They drive to the next pier, where they find a large security boat. They immediately rush on board and explain what happened. The guard is able to track down the coordinates of the yacht, and they take off in rescue. THe captain tries to contact the boat, but Faith had sabotaged the radio. While they are on their way to find the yacht, they see Faith's helicopter crash, though they are unaware who was on it. When they find the boat, it has already began sinking. Everyone is in a panic, as would be expected. Edward, Jason and Carly are brought out first, because they had the medical problems. Then the rest of the passengers are boarded onto the security boat, but a semi delusional Carly asks where Michael is. Jason realizes he is not there, and goes back on the sinking boat to find him. Also, at this point, he has figured out that Sam must have been thrown overboard because she is nowhere on the boat. He finds an unconscious Michael. On his way back to the boat, he finds a dying Sonny and manages to get them both back to the security boat safely. Meanwhile, Robin completely forgets that she locked Lisa and Patrick in the room. She doesn't realize this until they get back to shore. She goes back to tell the rescue team, but they confirmed that the boat had already completely sunk. Robin knows that Lisa an Patrick must be dead, and doesn't tell the cops in fear of being blamed. Meanwhile, Alexis has gone completely hysterical over Kristina's death and blames Sonny for the whole thing, after Sonny confirms that he is the root of the problem, and vowes to leave to mob forever. After it is all over, the show will focus on everyone trying to recooperate from the situation. I know it's long, but I think it's an ok idea. What about you?
