I am thrilled that GH did not beat them with the return of the great JJ and the murder of Claudia crap. And Days is firing on all fronts. They had the guts to fire key cast members(take a lesson GH), cut salaries, and go back to what I call old fashioned soapy storytelling. The vets that remain are key characters in key storylines going on and they don't shove newbies on 24 by 7. The integrate younger/newer cast members with established characters and vets. While the show is not great, I think it by far is back to what they need to do to be successful.

Right last week was JJ's return and sweeps started on Thursday with Claudia kidnapping Carly on Friday. It seems like GH went up, but Days matched them in the key 18-49 women demo. We'll have to see if Days held on to 3rd in overall viewers.

Days is now solidly in 3rd place. And honestly they deserve it. The returns they have (Carly especially with the fabulous Crystal Chappel) IMO is equal to or bigger than JJ. She had a huge following at GL with the Otalia storyline and I have to believe not only lapsed Days fans but also Otalia fans followed her over. I think she's terrific and finally helps add some drama and spice to Hope and Bo along with Wally Kurths return there.

Oh you are correct. Last time the Days press release was posted it was the same thing. I thought it was GH Days was tied with and it turned out to be The View then also. Kill me I'd love it if all the ONLINE hype for JJ went no where. Although Sarah Brown worked her acting a*s off these past couple of weeks and it would be nice if folks could have tuned in for that.
