THIS WEEK ON: ONE LIFE TO LIVE

John and Natalie find Pamela Stuart’s dead body at the Buchanan Lodge, however Jared is nowhere to be found. John locates Jared’s wallet during a search of the crime scene on Monday, October 19. Viki and Charlie are floored to learn of Jared’s confession to Natalie. Across town, Gigi and Rex make an appointment with Marty for some couple’s therapy. Shortly before their session, Gigi is heartbroken when Rex leaves after receiving a frantic call from Natalie. Left alone, Gigi accepts Schuyler’s invitation to accompany him to a concert. Kim looks for a sugar daddy in the form of a rich, mature (but very much married) Buchanan man. On Friday, October 23, Brody is forced to leave Jessica’s side after getting a call of distress from his sister Nadine in Michigan. Not long thereafter, Jessica receives a call of her own, and is certain that it’s Nash’s voice on the other end of the line. Elsewhere, Layla calls a time out when Cristian leans in to kiss her, claiming it wouldn’t be fair to Evangeline if they started dating. Starr and Langston coax the truth out of Dorian that her engagement to Amelia is a sham. Even so, she and Amelia try to convince the girls that their motives are good. Amelia informs Dorian that she and Nick have decided to hold a mass gay wedding ceremony. Fish witnesses Nick agreeing to marry Kyle. Later, Roxy questions Kyle’s motives. Fish’s feelings are hurt, even more so when John places him on administrative leave pending the outcome of Elijah’s complaint of his treatment of Ross. David and Dorian reminisce over their failed relationship, and agree that they once loved one another. However, David opts not to confess his present feelings for Dorian after seeing how happy she is when Amelia assures her that the mass gay nuptials will get her good press on Wednesday, October 21.

The Inside Story: It’s All in the Mind

Although hesitant at first, Blair eventually acquiesces to Todd’s suggestion that Marty hypnotize her in an attempt to regain her lost memories. Later during the session, Blair is able to recall the events leading up to her fall out of the window at La Boulaie. Believing that the information could push Todd and Téa back together, Blair decides to set on it for the time being, and insists Marty do the same by citing doctor/patient confidentiality on Monday, October 19. Meanwhile, Téa challenges Todd to admit that he no longer loves her. Ross confides to his lawyer Elijah, who is also his brother, that he is falling in love with Blair. By Wednesday, October 21, Blair vows to pursue a lawsuit against Marty should she ever reveal anything about Todd and Téa’s secret love child. Even so, Marty warns Blair that she is heading down a slippery slope by withholding the truth. To get under Todd’s skin, Blair agrees to Elijah’s suggestion that she drop the kidnapping charges against Ross. When Todd takes Blair back to Dorian’s, she asks him to stay with her for awhile. Ross, now a free man, turns down Téa’s bribe, since it would mean severing all ties to “their” child. Afterward, Téa’s eyebrows are raised after learning that Ross and Elijah are brothers. On Thursday, October 22, deciding that recent events are nothing more than water under the bridge, Téa and Rachel mend their friendship. While commiserating on their complicated love lives, Téa discusses Todd and Ross, while Rachel talks about Greg and Shaun. Phylicia Evans demands to her son Greg that he distance himself from Rachel. Todd becomes Blair’s pawn. Téa explains to Rachel why she chose never to tell Todd about the child they share on Friday, October 23. And Elijah vows to help Ross locate “his” and Tea’s daughter.

A Closer Look: Heartache

After arriving in London, Nora pushes Matthew to make good on his threat to tell Kevin about her and Bo’s kiss. However, not wanting to hurt either Clint or Kevin, Matthew decides to keep his mouth shut on Tuesday, October 20. Bo and Nora feel that they have forever damaged their relationship with their son. After placing a call to the Seattle hospital where Matthew was supposed to have his surgery, Destiny is shocked to learn the appointment was cancelled and that the Buchanans never even arrived there. On Thursday, October 22, Kevin helps Matthew get settled in his new boarding school, where he meets his roommate Tom. Bo and Nora lean on one another for moral support. And Destiny expresses her concern to David, and is able to briefly talk to Matthew before their call is disconnected on Friday, October 23.
