Patricia Heaton and Neil Flynn do good as the parents, and their kids are just hilarious. That little kid is funny, the older one is a bit strange, but their sister is just worth a huge ROFL (I can't remember when was the last time I laughed so much when she tried to swim). The situations are SOOOOOOOOOOO real: - war with a teenager; hard to wake up teenager - son springing a big project on parents...due tomorrow! - kids unable to relax and look good in pictures Some genuineness in behind the writing is what makes this sweet. Brooke really was amazing and quite funny. and this show I can actually WATCH! Modern Family gives me motion sickness after 5 minutes, I can't even get through one episode. ridiculous.
