I think Mark Teschner is overrated the last couple of years he has won.

Mark Teschner has a lock on the casting Emmy, and he's the one that campaigned for the Daytime Emmy's to add a casting category, so he has clout within the industry, more so (and deservedly) over other daytime casting director. I think he'll win again.
