Guza needs to stop killing key family members and start utilizing them. I'm sick of the newbies this past year, and some of them get way to much airtime.... I feel no connection, and when I see the death of core family members for them... The writing/storytelling su@ks.....su@ks.....su@ks.......

GH sucks every week - at least they are consistent in something cause it sure isn't storytelling. Lazy writing at it's best. As long as the demos stay consistent and are on the rise we ain't ever going to get rid of the cancer that is Guza and his merry minions.

When are the ratings posted? They seem to be comming out later and later. I know we just on monday late got the ones from the week prior but when are the ones for last week going tp be posetd? Does anyone here know?

OK, I am officially obsessed! I am going bonkers with the waiting and keep checking this thread, like, every half-hour.

I would just like B&B and Days -- which I am :::loving::: at the moment -- to do well. I think they have improved admirably in a matter of weeks. Unfortunately, it seems every time a soap I watch produces SLs that engage me, they invariably fall .2 -- while crapfests like GH and Y&R gain .1. Cat = the Black Widow of soaps.

Ratings are usually made available on Thursday or Friday. However, when there are holidays, they tend to be posted available a little later than usual. They were delayed the week before b/c of the holiday. It's the same this week b/c of Thanksgiving.

But see I don't understand WHY?

Since it was a holiday doesn't that mean that there were LESS days to analyze when it comes to the ratings? Meaning less work for whoever calculates and organizes the data? I mean if its less days, less work, then shouldn't that equal less time and faster results?

Its just a lil perplexing the way I'm looking at it. 2 out of the 5 days last week were repeats for most of the shows if I remember correctly. It just seems strange that its taking that long to get 3 days worth of data...

I still don't understand why they are so late. the ZPrime Time ratings have come out on time, Wednesdays, both weeks.

Primetime ratings are done in 2 ways. The fast ratings (aka fast national) and the final ratings. Sometimes the fast ratings are higher than the actual rating. Also, primetime doesn't have a week's worth to calculate and break down. And demos for primetime don't come out overnight. You get more in-depth information for primetime towards the weekend.
