Thought it would be fun to get this one going, since we've done the 80s. I expect a few shows to be duking it out for top dog.

B&B all the way! Sheila Carter rocked the 90's.

Another vote for GH, lol. It might've lasted only four-or-five years, at best, but man, was GH on fire back then.

Although I detest the show now...back in the '90s my heart belonged to GH. That was just a shining period. Bobbie, Luke, Lucy, Monica, Alan, Tony, Carly, AJ, Brenda, Sonny when he wasn't a show hog....it was awesome.

Followed by DAYS (the buzzworthy soap of the decade, 'everyone' watched DAYS), AMC, Y&R and B&B (which really hit it's stride).

Based on a combination of Emmy recognition and ratings I say.....AMC!

I eventually woted GH. I thought heavily about Y&R but if I were honest (mostly because of scheduling and I liked the pace better) GH was my show

Old poll. I still think AMC was the most consistant of the decade overall (sigh, the days when AMC was known for consistancy...) I am surprised to see so few votes for OLTL which was very strong from late 91 to early 96 or so, but the second half of the decade was almost a complete write off.
