Answer: The windy city of course, Chicago.

2. Where did Blake Thorpe Marler give birth to her daughter, Clarissa Marler?

Answer: The Bauer cabin. (She was concieved in the bathroom of the carriage house.)

1. Gus grew up as Nick Augustino in Chicago. He only started using the name Gus after he left Chicago.

2. Blake gave birth to Clarissa at the Bauer Cabin. When Clarissa was born there was a line about how they couldn't tell Ed that their whole family was born in the cabin (since the twins were born there too.) Clarissa was conceived in the bathroom of the Carriage House.

3. New York City (I think they did some clowning while there.)
